Villa holiday rentals in Sainte-Maxime

Had a wonderful time! The accommodation was perfect – super clean, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. We felt comfortable from the first moment. The location was ideal, quiet and yet close to everything you need. The contact with the host was very friendly and uncomplicated. Everything went smoothly. We would come back anytime and can only recommend the stay!

We had a lovely time at Arthur’s place. He’s very responsive and the views and the pool were outstanding. There are several homes being built here, so there is a fair amount of construction noise during the day, but the weekend was quiet, as were the evenings. The AC worked great in the bedrooms, but there is no AC in the rest of the house, so it can get quite hot. There are a LOT of mosquitoes here (I’m allergic), and there are no screens on any of the doors or windows, so we really couldn’t enjoy the outside in the evenings. It was nice to have a washer dryer in the house, and it’s a short (steep) walk to the beach. The amenities could be improved upon for the price of the house, but we still highly recommend this place.

Incredible villa, equipped with everything you might need and more! We’ve never stayed in such a well equipped villa before. Lovely modern interiors and beautiful pool area with plenty of sun loungers for everyone in the group. Good location outside St Tropez town for some peace and quiet, but very close to all amenities and day activities. We will be back!

This was one of the best AirBnb apartments we stayed at so far. Wonderful view to the sea and mountains. Just a short walk to beaches and other beaches in 5 minutes driving distance. Jean Jacques was always reachable and was there to welcome us on the first day and show us the apartment. We would definitely come back!

A beautiful house with just such a location and a tremendous view! We were received very kindly and with exquisite luggage, in-house olive oil and wine. We also enjoyed the long pool. Valérie always responded immediately to our concerns.

We had the most incredible stay at this villa in Cannes-perched in a peaceful area yet just minutes from the heart of the city, with breathtaking views of the coastline. The villa itself is absolutely massive, with more than enough space for a large group or family. The outdoor area is just as impressive - a large terrace, manicured garden, and a private pool that overlooks the sea. The addition of the tennis court was a bonus- we used it daily. Whether you're relaxing in the spacious lounge, enjoying a meal al fresco, or watching the sunset from the terrace every moment here feels special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience.

Great place, amazing views. Friendly host!

We - 2 people - stayed 11 nights in Natalie's house. On one side the unobstructed view of the sea and the Gulf of St. Tropez, on the other the view to the green and rolling hills of the hinterland. The surroundings are incredible - as is the house itself. Absolutely quiet secluded location, high-quality and stylish amenities as well as wonderfully maintained plants and greenery around the house. The pool is large and also very suitable for swimming, the kitchen is very well equipped, as is the entire outdoor area. From our side, Natalie's house is an absolute recommendation for anyone looking for peace, loving and appreciating a stylish environment as well as having the leisure for the view. Communication very good, the last meters of the journey steep - but without problems to cope with any CAR.

We spent 10 days in this listing. It was our first time with Airbnb and we don't regret it. A very welcoming, attentive host, gave us a lot of advice and was always there when needed. Regarding the house, everything was perfect, as in the description! Very clean, very tidy, everything was great. A really beautiful house with everything you need. We had an exceptional stay! Virginie and her husband were very attentive... Small (big) touches on arrival, pastries one fine morning… not to mention everything the house already offered us! The house is exactly what we were looking for. It is a very quiet place but close to everything, with all the necessary amenities and more! I highly recommend and thank the hosts again for their kindness and sense of hospitality!

Highly recommend this rental. Location was perfect for the area. Annie was easy to deal with and was quick to respond. Yvonne, the house manager, was very helpful, showed us around the property and how things worked. She quickly responded when needed. The summary printed information sheet in the home was very useful in terms of things to do, shopping and recommendations for restaurants. The areas inside and outside the home were open, spacious and comfortable. Our group of three couples has lots of room, felt very comfortable and enjoyed our week.

Corinne’s villa is very well run by Grace and David. Very responsive. The house is extremely well equipped along with a very easy to find kitchen experience. The walls are full of amazing art making it feel like a real home rather than a rental. I would highly recommend this villa to families or adults. There’s a bleeper that takes you through the domaine to the beach 500 m driving or walking. Great time had by my husband and myself and our 2 four legged friends.

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

What a hidden gem! We didn't want to leave and passed our evenings enjoying the views and breezes. Sophie was a pleasure to interact with, and I am already looking forward to a future stay in this magnificent place.

The villa was nice and felt like home. The view to mountins and vally was very beautiful. It was nice and peaceful area. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the outdoor dining area. Weather was very good and pool was warm. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. In the kids room was quite a lot of toys for children. We are very grateful for flexibility with check-in as our flight arrived quite early. It was good and memorable week for our family and we would definetly like to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Christophe’s villa! It was such a beautiful villa with a gorgeous view overlooking St Maxime. The villa has many bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a full kitchen with all amenities, a pool and many sun beds. The location is very convenient and is close to St Maxime and surrounding towns like Gassin, St Tropez, etc. I would definitely recommend staying here and cannot wait to come back!

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

Perfect, fabulous view

Absolute dream house, full of thoughtful features and luxurious amenities. Each room has a large bathroom and air conditioning. The house is much nicer than in the pictures - the view of the sea from the terrace, a nice detail. The support from the host Stephanie and Ode was exemplary and could not be better. We were there as a family and could hardly say goodbye to the house and the place. A car is not absolutely necessary, as the house is in a great location and there are often traffic jams. Within 3 minutes on foot, you are at a small beach.

Christine and Thomas have created a wonderful paradise. We felt very comfortable and welcome. The location is a dream, the pool with pool house is a highlight. We enjoyed the tranquility. The apartment has very good amenities. We did great excursions. Thank you Christine for the tip to visit the weekly market. One week was definitely not enough for us and we would be happy to come back. We say thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We had 10 wonderful days at David's villa. The location is on the outskirts of the city center and very quiet. The center of Saint-Maxime can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. By car, about 5 minutes. There is plenty of parking. The garden with the pool is beautifully landscaped with palm lemon tree, olive tree and other Mediterranean plants. The artificial grass is clean and practical. All our wishes were immediately fulfilled by David, e.g. a slightly larger pot for cooking. We will be happy to come back.
