It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. It is located in a small village with hardly any inhabitants and where the road ends so tranquility is assured.

30 m holiday home with 730 m garden. A fully independent and enclosed property with very good access, the house is fully equipped and decorated to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It has a barbecue and outdoor gazebo. We are 50 m from the Santibañez fountain (you must try its water) and 15 minutes from Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, Santillana del Mar and the Saja Reserve Natural Park. The town of Cabezon de la Sal is 3 km away.

Tucked on a wild fertile mountain a 400 year old barn was renovated by artists with natural materials. It is crooked, it is colourful, it is wild and will throw you in an another universe for the time of your stay. You have to be nimble on your feet as the tiny access path is crooked and on a slope, and even the floor in the house tilted. A full immersion in a new world for total disconnection.
