Ático muy acojedor con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias, igual que en las fotos, muy limpio y nuevo todo. Alba siempre estuvo atenta de lo que pudiéramos necesitar, tienes cerca comercios y la ubicación es perfecta para hacer turismo. Volveremos!

Alojamiento impecable muy bien situado en Suances, con todos los servicios cerca, a unos pasos de un hermoso paseo por la ribera de Suances para los amantes del senderismo. El piso tenía todas las comodidades, con detalles de bienvenida que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. También tuvieron un bonito detalle con mi hijo de 3 años que nos hizo la estancia mucho más confortable. Teresa es una excelente anfitriona, siempre pendiente de nosotros y dándonos mucha información de lugares para visitar. Sin dudarlo, recomendamos este alojamiento, uno de los mejores que he estado.

We have been to Sandander a few times now, and Francisco's apartment was the best we have stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, in a perfect location right in the heart of Santander but not at all noisy. The apartment had everything we needed and some great, thoughtful touches. The apartment is spacious, and the attention to detail is second to none. Access is via a code for the main door and a code for the key to the apartment, and is therefore very secure. Thank you for a perfect stay. We wouldn't choose anywhere else given the option.

A destacar el magnífico estado y limpieza del piso, y la atención tan amable de Marta. Es prácticamente nuevo y está perfectamente equipado. Solemos visitar Aguilar habitualmente para visitar a familia y relación calidad precio inmejorable. La zona muy tranquila y de fácil aparcamiento, a 2 minutos andando del centro. El portal es un poco pequeño y estrecho pero nosotros viajábamos con un carro de bebé y tampoco nos ha supuesto un problema. Volveremos sin duda.

El apartamento es muy acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario. Ubicación céntrica en el casco antiguo pero también cerca de la playa. El propietario responde rápidamente a todas las preguntas.

La casa tiene una ubicación excelente. Zona tranquila, muy fácil de aparcar y paseando llegas a la playa del sardinero súper rápido y si quieres ir al centro y no andar demasiado, tienes autobús cerquita también.

The area around the property is very tranquil and quiet. Easy to find and only a short walk from several restaurants plus it is easy to catch the ferry across to Santander. We were a party of eight adults and the property had plenty of room for all of us plus in benefits from four bathrooms too. The living room was also very spacious and had a large dining table with ample room for us all to sit comfortably to eat. The garden was an added bonus and we made full use of this area.

It was a pleasure to stay at this apartment! Rossana is incredibly kind, she met us near the building and made us feel welcome right away. Communication was smooth from the start, and we even had the chance to check in a bit earlier. We stayed for two nights with our cat, so one of the biggest advantages of this place is that it’s pet-friendly, which we really appreciated! The apartment was clean and cozy, perfectly located near Riaño and not too far from Picos de Europa. We definitely recommend this place!

Tuvimos una estancia increíble en este alojamiento, disfrutamos mucho de la piscina climatizada. La casa es enorme y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Había cafetera, café, carbón para la barbacoa, toallas de baño y de piscina limpias, y productos de limpieza disponibles. la anfitriona fue muy amable y disponible. Sin duda recomendaría este alojamiento.

Für uns gab es nichts zu meckern. Ein schönes Haus in einer ruhigen und besseren Wohnecke. Die zentrale Lage zum Strand und zur Ortsmitte super. Vorab haben wir viel Informationen von Maria erhalten und beim Empfang lief alles wunderbar. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und da das Wetter wechselhaft war war das grosse Haus super. Der Garten mit dem alten Baumbestand sorgt für Schatten und die Abendsonne schön für einen Sundowner. Unser Hund fühlte sich auf dem voll eingezäunten Gelände auch sehr wohl. Also wer in diese Ecke möchte mit Hund - oder Kinder denn der Keller ist voll mit Kinderspielzeug - ist hier richtig. Danke- liebe Maria- dass wir in eurem Haus sein durften.

Me he tomado unos días para escribir la evaluación. El lugar es simplemente perfecto, i mejor pero no solo la casa, sino los alrededores y sobretodo la tremenda amabilidad de Antonio y de Loli. Eramos 2 parejas con 2 niños cada uno. Nosotros hemos disfrutado en un lugar de ensueño y los niños han disfrutado con todos los detalles que tenían preparados para ellos. Creo que no se puede pedir más... Por mi parte solo dar las gracias y por supuesto, tengo claro que cuando vuelva, será a esta misma casa!

Una estancia increible!! Casa moderna, espaciosa, limpia, con todo lo necesario (vajilla, toallas, utiles de limpieza, secador…). Ideal para 6 personas aunque con opcion de dormir 8. Sin duda muy recomendable, Beatriz ha sido muy amable y muy detallista a nuestra llegada. Un 10!

Isabel es una anfitriona muy atenta, solvento todas las dudas que tuvimos. Habitaciones muy amplias. Casa ubicada en una zona muy tranquila.

Lourdes est très sympathique. Elle nous a très bien accueillis, nous a donné plein de recommendations utiles. L’appartement était charmant, très bien placé pour découvrir Santander à pied. Je recommande fortement cette hôte 🙃

Très bel appartement au calme. A proximité des commodités et des bus pour rejoindre le centre ville. Carmen est une hôte très disponible qui nous a donné pleins de recommandations pour que notre séjour se passe parfaitement.

Had a great time. Jamie's place was perfect for our needs. Only a short walk into Potes, was actually closer than we thought. All in all would highly recommend.

El apartamento es precioso y cuidado, con vistas espectaculares rodeados de naturaleza y a un paseo del centro. Begoña super atenta y simpática. La llegada es fácil y el disponer de parking es muy de agradecer. Desde luego que si volvemos repetiríamos sin dudarlo con Begoña. Nos hemos sentido como en casa.

Wir haben wunderbare 10 Tage in Asuns Wohnung verbracht. Ein sehr persönlicher herzlicher Empfang. Uns wurde ein Parkplatz frei gehalten und Asun hat uns in die Wohnung begleitet, um uns alles zu zeigen. Die ganze Kommunikation lief großartig. Auch anfängliche Probleme mit dem WiFi wurden so schnell wie möglich behoben. Die Wohnung selber ist genau wie beschrieben. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick durch all die vielen Fenster, den wir immer wieder so sehr genossen haben und eine sehr gemütliche Einrichtung. Auch die Ausstattung war großartig - Asun hat an so viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht, so dass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen herzlichen Dank- wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

They provided great local recommendations and were quick to answer any questions we had. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Der Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Eigentumswohnung (4 Nächte) hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Apartment liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe oberhalb des Hafens von Comillas und bietet einen einzigartigen Blick über das Meer. Kostenlose, private Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand und die malerische Innenstadt von Comillas sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden von Juan Vincente liebevoll empfangen mit Früchten und Gemüse aus seinem Garten, sowie einer Flasche Wein. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Möbeln. In der Einbauküche ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft nicht wie ein gewerbliches Vermietungsobjekt, sondern wie eine Vermietung unter Freunden. Obwohl Juan Vincente nur Spanisch spricht, gelang die Kommunikation problemlos. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen.
