We were two families with a total of 5 small children. The terrace, which can be locked, is great for the children to play alone for a moment. The accommodation is great for several parties, as the rooms are all distributed and all have their own bathroom. Tim and his mother were always very polite and helpful when we needed something.

Chris’ place is amazing: cozy and quiet but close enough to the town, and the view is simply spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Chris’ place to anyone planning a vacation in Italy.

Our group of friends (9 people) spent a week at this beautiful house. The house more than exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, superbly equipped and offers plenty of space. Our highlight was the pool, which is very large and clean. Rolf and Livia are very likable and available at any time. We would always come back!

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

The Apartement that we got in the villa was absolutely beautiful. Alessandro is very friendly, helpful and communicative. Just be aware, that this place should not be booked if you‘re not traveling by car. Otherwise absolutely lovely place out in nature to relax.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The house is authentic, rustic and very lovingly decorated – exactly what we were hoping for from a holiday in Italy. It was especially nice to have breakfast on the porch in the morning and enjoy the view over the countryside. The journey is a bit steep and requires a solid car, but you will be rewarded with tranquility and a fantastic place. The region is rich in culinary highlights, small excursions by car are very worthwhile. Our host Irene was always available, very friendly and sent us great tips for the area, which inspired us.

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

What a fantastic tranquil and very traditional emilian mountain house. Extremely peaceful area and lots of patio space to enjoys the views. Elena was precise and so helpful. The value for money is excellent.

If you are looking for an authentic accommodation in a typical Italian village, this is the place. No tourists, no bustling coastal village. For this, a church and a handful of houses, from the house you can start small hikes or just enjoy the view of the mountains and the beautiful house. If you want, you can also visit nice villages in the vicinity, conquer Pisa or other cities or visit the sea by car. Those who actually come to Tuscany because of the sea or coast should schedule driving times of 45 minutes.

This is one of the best places I have stayed on Airbnb. It is a beautiful apartment which has everything you need, with access to an amazing garden. We felt privileged to be guests staying with Ekaterina who is the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble and we were allowed an early check in and a late check out which was really helpful. Reggio Emilia is a lovely town within walking distance and Ekaterina provided us with local recommendations. We would love to return and stay here again. this area stay

The house is lovely and has a great view over the surrounding hills. It is well kept and more equipped than a typical Airbnb. There is for example shampoo in the shower and kitchen towels. We liked the privacy and the fact that all windows had mosquito nets. The only thing that maybe could be improved is to have a bit more of an external space, like a veranda or similar. Right now there is a table with two chairs outside, but for us travelling with a child the space for her to move in a safe surrounding was a bit limited. Anyways, we would come here again!

I stayed in this B&B for two days and had a really great time. The property is well-kept, clean and welcoming, with a pleasant environment and equipped with everything you could need. Breakfast was fabulous and prepared with fresh and quality products, a real pleasure to start the day. One of the strengths is definitely the hospitality: the owners are very kind, helpful and always ready to give useful advice on what to visit in the surrounding area. I felt at home from the start. Perfect location in a quiet setting. We will definitely be back, thank you!!

We were looking for a secluded place, where we could spend New Year's Eve in peace and quiet, away from the barrels and fireworks that frighten our four-legged companions. In addition to all this, we found a wonderful place to walk surrounded by nature, a very welcoming house, well cared for and clean, equipped with all comforts and easy to reach. Carla was very kind, always available and quick to respond to messages. The area is secluded, there are only a few homes and the neighbors are very friendly. Special mention for the very well-stocked bookshelf ♥️ Highly recommended!

We were 5 people in Alessandra's comfortable home, 2 parents and 3 young adults. The house is very spacious, the bedrooms and two bathrooms are very large. The kitchen is well-equipped. There are 2 fans and the 2 bedrooms downstairs are cooler and don't need them. The renovation is recent and everything is very clean. The terrace adjoining the house is not very large but can accommodate 5 people. To get to the garden, you have to go down the stairs of the house, cross the small narrow street and take a path for a few meters. It's really very close to the house, a few meters, but for us it's not the same as having a garden right next to the house. We understood that this was the case but without really picturing things. We loved going to the river which is only a 10 min walk from the house. There are large rocks to sit on and natural pools for swimming. A must see!

Bassone was our first place in Italy for our tour of the whole country. And what a wonderful start we made, we enjoyed our stay in Bassone. The views are breathtaking and the house is fantastic. It has all the comforts and was sparkling clean when we arrived. Paolo and his brother Emanuele are perfect hosts. They are friendly and very helpful. The accommodation was great! Fantastic location for what we were looking for, well-cleaned and spacious apartment and the pool was dreamy. Giorgio and his wife were super nice! They couldn't speak a word of English, but we managed to communicate anyway. The sum of the cardamom was 5/5!

The accommodation demonstrates attention to detail by those who really care about the guest. The apartment is cozy and very comfortable, brand new. The feeling is of being in a polished and clean apartment (do you really need air fresheners? I don't think so :) ). The bathroom is very nice and cozy, the ducted air conditioning is super effective and intelligently placed. Easy access and a special thank you for welcoming me at the last second. Very well connected to the highway. Restaurants and fast food in the area (Corallo's fried mixed seafood is amazing). A nice discovery and the feeling of being pampered. 5 full stars.
