Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 5 kleinen Kindern. Die Terasse, welche man abschliessen kann ist super dafür, dass die Kinder einen Moment aleine spielen können. Die Unterkunft ist super für mehrere Parteien, da die Zimmer alle verteilt sind und alle ein eigenes Bad haben. Tim und seine Mutter waren immer sehr höfflich und hilfsbereit, wenn wir etwas brauchten.

Unser Familienurlaub (4 Personen) an diesem Ort war ein absoluter Traum und in Wirklichkeit noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber und strahlt eine wunderbare, friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Für unsere Kinder und uns war der Pool vor der atemberaubenden Bergkulisse das tägliche Highlight – ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und gleichzeitig aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Gegend auf mehreren wunderschönen Wandertouren erkundet. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: Chris und Joanna sind unglaublich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Unsere Freundesgruppe (9 Personen) hat eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Unser Highlight war der Pool, der sehr groß und sauber ist. Rolf und Livia sind sehr sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden immer wiederkommen!

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Wir waren für 10 Tage im August bei Daniele zu Gast. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Aussicht, der Pool, das Haus, die Ruhe - es ist eine fantastische Grundlage für einen tollen Urlaub. Alles wirkt (aus unserer Sicht) authentisch und hat einen schönen Urlaub beschert. Wir haben nach Pisa circa 1,5h benötigt, zum Mittelmeer in Villareggio 80 Minuten. Noch näher lagen schöne Wanderwege in den Bergen. Dazu kommen Daniele und seine Familie, welche einfach unglaublich herzlich sind. Daniele spricht hervorragend englisch und ist der beste Gastgeber, den wir bisher erlebt haben. Er war stets hilfsbereit und hat uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Obwohl wir kein Italienisch konnten, waren die Begegnungen mit seiner Familie, vor allem seiner Mutter und seinem Bruder, immer toll. Kater Benatio haben wir sehr ins Herz geschlossen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und können dir Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

A beautiful, peaceful setting with lovely kitchen/dining/outdoor dining area, with views across the wooded hills and river. The pool area is attractive and peaceful. There are numerous small seated areas for quiet contemplation amid a very beautiful setting. The main bedroom in the mill is attractive, and so well adapted to a guest bedroom, with attractive stone, wood and natural materials. It is stand-out better than the other bedrooms, which is worth noting if a group of adult couples are booking. A beautiful setting for a peaceful recharging holiday. Pentremoli is an attractive old town with plenty of bars/restaurants, a good market and August Medieval Festival. Excellent boat tours from La Spezia to see the Cinque Terra.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

La casetta è un gioiellino incastonato tra le colline dove si trova tutto il necessario per un wek end o una vacanza più lunga all'insegna della natura più incontaminata (a pochi metri dalla casa un sentiero in discesa porta a un bellissimo torrente)ma volendo ottima base per gite anche a lungo raggio. La casa offre tutti i confort è accogliente e la sera il silenzio è i rumori della natura la fanno da padrona.Ottima accoglienza discreta ma presente da parte del padrone di casa.Che dire ci è dispiaciuto partire ma ci siamo trovati molto bene e torneremo sicuramente per prosrguire le nostre gite con la nostra cagnolina che si è sentita a suo agio come noi in questo luogo che rimette in pace l'anima con la serenità di altri tempi che trasmette.

Casa di Elena è semplicemente fantastica. Un casale moderno con tutti i comfort in una vallata WOW dell’Appennino tosco emiliano. Io la mia compagna e la sua famiglia abbiamo passato qui le festività natalizie, e non avremmo potuto scegliere posto migliore. Casa confortevole, una campagna deliziosa con una pace incredibile e un panorama mozzafiato. Elena è stata sempre presente e super disponibile in ogni domanda o necessità, e ha regalato alla nostra famiglia un momento che ci porteremo per tanti anni.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche ehemalige Scheune mitten im Naturschutzgebiet. Traumhaft! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und hoffen wiederkommen zu können. Danke!

Wer eine authentische Unterkunft in einem typischen italienischen Dorf sucht, ist hier richtig. Keine Touristen, kein rummeliges Küstendorf. Dafür eine Kirche und eine handvoll Häuser, vom Haus kann man kleine Wanderungen starten oder einfach den Ausblick auf die Berge und das schöne Haus genießen. Wer möchte, kann auch nette Dörfer im näheren Umfeld besuchen, Pisa oder andere Städte erobern oder aber mit dem Auto dem Meer einen Besuch abstatten. Wer eigentlich wegen dem Meer oder der Küste in die Toskana kommt, sollte Fahrzeiten von 45 Minuten einplanen.

This is one of the best places I have stayed on Airbnb. It is a beautiful apartment which has everything you need, with access to an amazing garden. We felt privileged to be guests staying with Ekaterina who is the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble and we were allowed an early check in and a late check out which was really helpful. Reggio Emilia is a lovely town within walking distance and Ekaterina provided us with local recommendations. We would love to return and stay here again. this area stay

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B per due giorni e mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. La struttura è curata, pulita e accogliente, con un ambiente piacevole e fornito di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. La colazione è stata favolosa e preparata con prodotti freschi e di qualità, un vero piacere iniziare così la giornata. Un punto di forza è sicuramente l’ospitalità: i proprietari sono gentilissimi, disponibili e sempre pronti a dare consigli utili su cosa visitare nei dintorni. Mi sono sentita a casa fin dal primo momento. Posizione perfetta in un contesto tranquillo. Ritorneremo sicuramente, grazie!

Abbiamo scelto l’appartamento di Ada come punto di appoggio per recarci ad un concerto a Campovolo. Appena arrivati, si è dimostrata subito disponibile ed amichevole invitandoci nel suo appartamento e offrendoci da bere e qualcosa da mangiare. Al rientro dal concerto, abbiamo trovato sul tavolo in cucina degli snack e degli affettati che ci aveva preparato accuratamente per il nostro rientro a notte fonda. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Giada e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto benissimo, raccontandoci la storia della casa e dandoci molte informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. La casa a "chiocciola" è stata davvero una sorpresa, super caratteristica e situata al centro della piazza principale di Scurano; le condizioni della casa al nostro arrivo erano impeccabili. Se passate in queste zone vi consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa casa.

Przepięknie położony i pięknie umeblowany dom. Można godzinami siedzieć na tarasie i podziwiać widoki. Dom świetnie się chłodzi, więc daje ulgę w czasie upałów. Okolica jest cicha i spokojna. Mieszkanie jest doskonale wyposażone. Patrizia jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Cudowne miejsce na wakacje, mam nadzieję, że tam wrócimy.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti io, il mio compagno e mia figlia neonata. L'alloggio è molto tranquillo, pulito e fornito di tutto. Stefania è molto cordiale ed è molto proattiva nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare dolcetti e marmellate fatte in casa e ogni leccirnia possibile per colazione. la cucina è molto ben attrezzata come tutto il resto della casa. A disposizione degli ospiti una bella varietà di libri. Abbiamo anche usufruito del camino. Purtroppo nelle vicinanze non c'è molto, dato il periodo, ma ci torneremo sicuramente in primavera con la possibilità di fare anche qualche camminata. è stata davvero una vacanza rilassante!

Cercavamo un luogo isolato, dove poter trascorrere il Capodanno in pace e tranquillità, lontano dai botti e dai fuochi d'artificio che spaventano i nostri compagni a 4 zampe. Oltre a tutto questo abbiamo trovato un luogo meraviglioso dove passeggiare immersi nella natura, una casa molto accogliente, ben curata e pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort e facile da raggiungere. Carla è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e veloce a rispondere ai messaggi. La zona è isolata, c'è solo qualche abitazione ed i vicini sono molto cordiali. Menzione speciale per la fornitissima libreria ♥️ Consigliatissimo!
