For the boating and fishing enthusiast, local boat launch just around the corner. Warsaw is 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

Self check-in! Traffic noise free! This cozy guest loft was created in January of 2022. We sit in the central edge of Marion, about 8 min from IWU, 5 min from down town, and 7 min from I-69. With TWO bedrooms (each has TV & QUEEN bed), a LARGE kitchen/dining area, a COZY living room with TV/Roku, and a SPACIOUS bathroom! NO CLEANING FEE and FREE parking right in front of your door! Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding fields and woods along with the beauty of the pond year round. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.
