Rich in its warm setting, the Villa offers quality services has a swimming pool, a pond for fishing enthusiasts and a fireplace to enjoy it even in winter. Very close to shops and the city center, you will never feel lost. A change of scenery will be assured from the first glance on this fully equipped 17th century farmhouse and for the happiness of all.

Accommodation with terrace, private with garden furniture, low-energy building, equipped kitchen, (the gas kettle is functional.), free parking outside and private in the courtyard, quiet, independent entrance. Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.
