We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car, 2 on request. A lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & the other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in main school holiday. NO PETS. Any questions, please just ask

Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign
