A very well appointed, spacious kitchen, including Nespresso machine, Nutribullet, open plan with bench seated dining area, large corner sofa, wood burner, Smart TV. Stunning views. A lovely, south facing, detached house in an elevated position within its own grounds and with views out over The Bar and surrounding countryside. Sitting immediately below the National Trust's Overbecks House, The Anchorage is well equipped and furnished and decorated to a very good standard and is only a few minutes walk down to South Sands beach where the ferry into Salcombe town can be found along with the stunning South Sands Hotel (open to non residents) and the popular Bo’s Beach Cafe.

Monty's is self contained, delightfully cosy and comfortable and is set on the ground floor of our beautiful barn conversion (we live above). Your lovely private patio has views across the orchard, pond, pretty gardens and surrounding countryside. The perfect backdrop for al-fresco dining. Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car, 2 on request. A lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & the other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in main school holiday. NO PETS. Any questions, please just ask

Nestled into the woodland above North Sands beach, visitors to Salcombe have a unique opportunity to stay in a property that has been an iconic fixture for generations. The house offers a stylish lounge, a games/ TV room and an elegant dining room. There is plenty of outside space to enjoy, coffee on the patio, hide and seek amongst the trees or lunch on the lawn.

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

2 Belle Cottages is a lovely Victorian cottage retaining much of its original character. The property provides a comfortable and enjoyable holiday experience, perfect for couples. The cottage is in a lovely quiet spot in Kingsbridge within easy walking distance of the town centre. and close to some of the best beaches in the UK. Kingsbridge is a busy little town and you may not get parking outside the cottage. The bedroom has a super king bed which can be divided into two singles.
