Great communication with host and a super easy check in. Clean and bright and set in a lovely location with beautiful views from the apartment. Apartment was clean and well equipped and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. A card wishing us a good holiday was left for our arrival along with prosecco and shortbread biscuits. This was a lovely touch and a good start to our stay. Some lovely pubs and places to eat within walking distance and within easy reach by car of some stunning beaches. 2 supermarkets close by so no need to prebook groceries. Would definitely stay at Crabshell Quay again.

Upper deck is a great property, easy to locate, parking just 2minutes walk, great views, just a short walk into town and the perfect home from home in Salcombe. Fraya sent a detailed message with really clear instructions shortly after booking and was extremely friendly and responsive to messages. The property is ideal for a family, plenty of space for us and our two children. Property was spotlessly clean, safe and secure, well maintained and had all we required. Highly recommended 5 Star!

Christopher is a wonderful host and we’ve had an amazing time staying in his beautiful apartment. There is so much to see and do, a few places to mention include the river boat to Totnes, a stroll to Dartmouth castle, visit to Dartmouth museum - brilliant - highly recommended, Rockfish fish & chips and visits to the creperie…delicious…. We hope to return in the new year for our third visit…Many thanks to you Christopher

We really loved Bethany‘s place. It was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable and really nicely furnished. It’s on a busy road so not ideal for younger children but the pub up the road and café underneath were big upsides of the location, as well as the estuary a few steps down the road. The flat was in a great location near to the town with the bonus of a parking space. The property was spacious and clean with a good view of the estuary. All of the rooms were comfortable , well furnished and well equipped. Communication regarding using the property were clear and informative, with the option to contact the host if needed. Overall, we would thoroughly recommend this property as we had a wonderful holiday.

A fabulous place for our stay. Quiet and private but close to all amenities which meant that we could walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The little gifts left for us were the extra touch that made it even better. Thank you so much - we will definitely be back again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Brixham.

A very beautiful modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. It has everything you could need. It’s within easy walking distance to both city centre and the lovely Hoe and the Barbican area. Check in instructions were easy and nice having the underground garage parking space. The lift was an added bonus as was the balcony the full length of the apartment with sliding doors from both bedrooms and lounge. James was super helpful and very responsive. Had an absolutely fantastic stay and highly recommend this apartment and am hoping to return.

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

Great location for exploring the local area. Town center property but very quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to a good selection of shops and restaurants. Great to have a parking space in town and easy access to main road routes in and out of the area.

Lovely weekend stay at The Snug. Everything we needed was provided, felt like home from home. Great location, 10 mins gentle walk to the harbour. Parking not a problem. Bed super comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Quick communication from Mia when had a couple of questions, would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Stay Salty was excelent, central location and very close to a car park. Dog friendly and a beach just round the corner within easy walking distance. a couple of 100 yds. As bad weather was expected on one day Matt offered to supply extra dog towels if needed, totally unexpected but shows the level of service. Teignmouth was good and within easy reach of larger town if the need was there. Would recommend it to anyone who fancied the area along the glourous South Devon Coast.

Lovely flat, beautifully equipped and presented, situated 2 minutes from the Hoe, 5 minutes from the city centre and maybe 10 minutes from the Barbican. Private parking space very handy. Ursula is an excellent, responsive host and instantly offered a refund when at very short notice I had to arrive a day late. My stay was for work purposes but it’d be equally good for a leisure break. Can't fault the flat or the host.

A lovely place in a beautiful location. The house was spotless with comfy beds and great kitchen facilities. Lovely to have tea, coffee and milk provided as well as a treat for our dog. A travel cot was also provided for our 5 month old which was great. The view from the decking is so peaceful and so quiet. Just the relaxing bank holiday weekend we were after.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Absolutely lovely place, had everything we needed and close to the park amenities. Caroline and Louise responded to my messages right away and were really helpful with check in/out. My son loved the balcony and the pool and we were in a perfect place for the air show! Can't wait to come back 😊.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we can’t wait to visit again. The apartment is a perfect visiting the surrounding towns and beaches. South Milton beach is literally on your doorstep with great access to the south west coastal path. The outdoor heated pool was lovely for days when the sea was just a little bit too cold and the balconies were ideal for the amazing sunsets.

The cottage and location were just perfect for us with a great mixture of peaceful countryside surroundings, pool, games room and easy access to multiple beaches for seaside adventures with our primary aged kids. Judy was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and clean with underfloor heating in the bathroom a bonus!

We hope to return again next year! It was perfect.

Lovely stay, beautiful location and access to beach. Spa pass worth the money, note kids can only use pool between 8.30-10 and 4-6 so it got pretty busy at these times!
