Fully equipped apartment on the farm-stocked kitchen, relaxing deck/BBQ and a California king bed with heated mattress pad and down comforter, fireplace and large soaking tub in the master bath. This is a romantic, memorable place. We provide farm fresh eggs and the usual coffee/tea/hot chocolate/creamer. If it isn't in the apartment just ask us! You will be able to visit alpacas, llamas and watch the free range guinea hens. Can be adjoining to the 2 bedroom apartment adjacent. Pet friendly.

Built-in 2015, it's featured in the "Small House Book" by Lloyd Kahn. It's clean and modern yet warm and cozy. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (AC in bedrooms). The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river. Get away from it all at our cottage - Retreat at Round Hill. You will have access to miles of hiking, biking & ATV trails. We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway.

This charming two-bedroom historic home built in 1908, STR license number 0401, offers relaxing mountain stays just a short walk from the charm of downtown Salida. The location offers easy access to local skiing, hiking, biking, rafting and kayaking in the Arkansas Valley. We do allow dogs. It is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit for UP TO 2 dogs. Come join us on our 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. This cottage is unique with custom tile work, and handmade barn doors. Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, and watch the wildlife roam the property. Your host family lives on property across the driveway and is happy to help should you need anything. We accept dogs, but cannot accept cats due to other guests allergies.
