Lovely little gite in the most stunning area at the foot of the castle and overlooking a walnut orchard. Close to many towns and areas of outstanding beauty and interest such as La Roque-Gageac and the ancient fort, Gran Roc with its incredible caves and Salat. Very peaceful place to stay with a delightful bistro 5 minutes walk and walking distance to the river and beach/canoe hire

Charlotte and Jérôme are very welcoming and available, everything is designed to make you feel good, the rental is very functional! Convenient self check-in and self check-out. The setting is very pleasant, no vis-à-vis or noise. The house is perfectly clean, the bedding comfortable. Very good stay, I recommend it!

Very nice hospitality from hosts. They are available and attentive. The accommodation was clean, as described, in a good location and functional. Parking is in front of the accommodation with space so very convenient. Brigitte and Laurent are good tips for visiting the area and for good restaurant addresses. Thank you very much to our hosts. We had a great time at Hervé and Georgette's cottage. The place was spotless: clean, very well appointed and full of charm. We particularly appreciated the terrace with its beautiful view, the calm of the place, the bocce court and the air conditioning in the room, which helped us well during the hot weather:) The apartment is also very well located for exploring the area. Hervé and Georgette were extremely warm, welcoming and caring hosts. They gave us lots of good recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants, and shops nearby. We felt right at home and would have stayed for a few more days. We'll be happy to go back!

Great house, great location absolutely loved it, will be returning again

This is really the best place for a stay in Sarlat! Step out of the frontdoor and you are in the beautiful medieval town. Step outside the garden (!) door and there is parkingspace and thus possibility for unloading and uploading your luggage. The house is charming and gives a nice cool when temperatures are above 30 degrees! Sitting in the garden is a pleasure! And feeding Caroline -who can run very fast!) -her half apple a day is also a feast! We recommend this house to all our family and friends and to all you readers of this review. Oh, yes, the kitchen is great! Since we did not want to eat out every day because of the very good food one can buy here and I love cooking, this kitchen is great! Jean Christophe was very friendly in all his communication by mail. (And yes, Albie sells the best!) Nelly was so friendly and sweet when she welcomed us! Thank you both very much! And don’t forget the little Caroline! We never hand-fed a turtle before ! We really grew fond of her! Super!!

We were very well hosted when we arrived by Valerie. The accommodation is well-equipped, the setting is peaceful. The hot tub is lovely. I recommend it.

Amandine is a welcoming and smiling person who offers very clean and is very pleasant. The jacuzzi was perfect, I'll be happy to come back!

A very personal, warm welcome to a dreamlike refuge in a beautiful natural setting. The hosts left nothing to be desired and were always personally approachable and exceptionally helpful. Everything as described and the pool was fantastic. The surroundings offered many opportunities for chilling, sunbathing and barbecuing. We highly recommend this place. The only flaw in this paradise is the difficult access via stony field paths. We did it with a very cautious driving style.

Super comfortable bed, superb shower room, well-equipped kitchen and nothing better than having breakfast on the terrace with the chirping of birds. The accommodation is located in the countryside, quiet; ideal for resting, even for a single night. The welcome by the owners was very friendly and having a cold beer in the refrigerator when we arrived was a nice little extra.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were met by Laurent's colleague who showed us how to lock the door from the inside. We didn't realize that locking the door from the outside (and unlocking it) would be such a challenge. But Laurent and his wife were readily available both times we needed instructions. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. In addition to the Nespresso, we appreciated the electric coffee maker with filters provided so we could make a pot of coffee. What stood out- 2 towels plus face cloth per person, the terrace, and a typewritten booklet by the owner with specific info in French and English about the apartment and area. Highly recommend this apartment and we would definitely stay again!

The contact with Jérémy was easy and smooth. Very smiling, punctual and clear in his explanations, he knows how to put you at ease from the start. The apartment corresponded in all respects to the description, it is modern, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and is much larger in reality. It is also very well located in Brive, the hyper center is about ten minutes' walk. Finally, the parking space is an undeniable asset.

The crunchy is ideally located, close to the old town and quiet. Sandrine was very responsive when we had questions. The accommodation is great, clean, and you feel good there.

My wife and I stayed at this apartment recently for seven nights. Communication with the host, Muriel, was excellent from start to finish. Check in and out was straight forward as Muriel picked us up at the station and her husband dropped us off. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, only a two or three minute walk from the centre. It is well equipped for making meals, despite not having an oven, has a lovely balcony and is quiet, especially at night. It also has the bonus of an underground parking space although a small car is required. I would certainly recommend this apartment as a base for staying in beautiful Sarlat and visiting surrounding areas.

We had a very good 2-night stay at Arnault's place. The Airbnb is clean, well arranged and Arnault provided us with everything we need for a baby which is very appreciable when traveling. The pool is beautiful and very well equipped. Arnault is a friendly and discreet host. We'll be back with pleasure if we have a chance.
