Laura is a very responsive host and the accommodation is totally in line with the listing, To be rented again for a new visit to Annecy!

Nicoleta’s place was perfect for 4 adults. Location is superb - 3 minutes walk to center of town including Super U. It’s also right opposite the mummery bus stop. I did not come during ski season but imagine it’s convenient if you take the ski bus. It’s also convenient with a car with indoor parking. The apartment is large and spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped with all needed condiments and a nespresso machine. Two separate bathrooms and toilets are also very helpful for two couples. The terrace is amazing with a beautiful view of the glacier, perfect when the weather is nice. Nicoleta is responsive and friendly and checks in to make sure everything is ok. Easy check in and check out process.

stay of a few nights perfect for our family, peaceful location, ideal for hiking, village visits (Sixt, Samoëns, etc.). clean, spacious accommodation, we did not meet the owners but very active by messaging. i recommend 😉

Everything was perfect! The apartment is close to all amenities, restaurants, the supermarket in front... Very quiet and very clean! The garden is a real plus! Thanks again for Christian's hospitality, who gave us a lot of advice on what was around and was very warm!

Great weekend with girlfriends in Jean Michel and Stéphanie's home. Communication was super fluid and above all they listened to our requests. The location is perfect, between Annecy and Chamonix, you are in the right place to enjoy the mountains! In the cottage, nothing is missing (except bath towels). You feel the mountain chalet atmosphere with the superb decor and pellet pile. Parking place in front of the property so no problem to park! Thanks to them for the welcome, we recommend 100%

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

We had a lovely stay at Serinas Chalet! A group of us went to Samoens for a ski trip and the walk to the ski lift through the forest was a great way to start the day and coming back to the chalet and putting the fire place on was the perfect ending!

We had a great stay, it was easy to get around by car to visit the city of Annecy, there was also free relay parking, it's ideal. It's great for walking or cycling. Lots of amenities around the house (grocery store, restaurants, bike rental). The house was as seen in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy. Also very nice welcome on arrival by the host!

We had a great stay at the Maison Forestière, which is ideally located for hiking and outdoor activities. The environment is very quiet and pleasant. The accommodation is impeccable and very well equipped. The house is well laid out: the large living room with open kitchen is friendly, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The terrace is a real plus. Thanks to Éric and Dominique, who are flexible and available when needed. We recommend it without hesitation!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this place. We were 4 adults and 4 children. Cleanliness was great. The very peaceful place. We were able to enjoy the terrace, the barbecue and the swing thanks to perfect weather. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating about the arrival time, which was changed due to traffic jams at the Swiss border. Very comfortable bedding, very well-equipped accommodation, we had a pleasant stay, thank you!

We were a group of 15 people who rented this new and very nice chalet for 2 nights. The communication with Donald and then also with Rudy (he makes the handover, etc.) was very good! The chalet is new and as shown in the pictures, the kitchen is very well equipped and the small lawn area can be used in summer. You have to provide a few extra documents (insurance, then security deposit), but this all went smoothly. Very nice chalet, we will be happy to come back!

spacious and very bright apartment. We were able to have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the very good exposure. For a stay at the end of May, the residence was very quiet, a really peaceful place, really great landscaping! We were also able to enjoy the pool and spa after our beautiful hikes.

Great stay at Le Grand Bornand. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and functional. Thierry was very welcoming and helpful, he explained everything to us very well and remains very available. We'll be happy to return to this listing.

Amazing view for this peaceful, clean and very well decorated accommodation, about 20 minutes walk from downtown (very pleasant walking tour). The Spa is a real plus, great services. Excellent stay, to be repeated:-))

Eos is an excellent place to stay when wanting to enjoy The Grand Massif ski area. It is ski in and out which makes it an ideal place to stay. The apartment is great and felt so homely. The fact that it had two bathrooms is excellent when you have two teenagers. The gym and pool are a lovely extra after a busy day skiing. We can’t wait to head back to the apartment and the area again. We walked every evening to gorgeous restaurants and bars. Also we were able to shop locally and eat in to keep costs down.

The location was good, the surrounding environment was good, the accommodation was clean and great, and especially the terrace and scenery were so nice.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation with incredibly nice surroundings. Nice with a hot tub and sauna and a small gym available. Will be happy to return!

The place is beautiful, really well equipped, from the kitchen , to the working space. The rooms all beds are very comfy and right amount of pillows as well. Just keep in mind signal is very weak to none inside the apartment , but the wifi works really good. Area is very calm and really well located, the lifts where 5 mins walking and ESF too which was very convenient for us . We loved our stayed .
