we have lovingly rebuilt this old bergerie from zero using oak from our own forest in the Ariege and the most ecological methods possible. Totally off grid, solar elec, borehole etc. Situated in the middle of a natural paradise surrounded by the fauna, flora, pleasures and inconvieniences that go with that! Close to the beautiful unspoilt beaches of La Franqui and Leucate and the great wine cellars and restaurants of Fitou, it is the ideal place to recontact with nature and your loved ones.

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme, lumineux et design. L'espace ouvert retient l'attention, mais aussi la décoration et le mobilier, dans une ambiance cosy et calme. Je suis à 5mn à pied de la gare et à quelques minutes seulement des commerces du village: Spar, Carrefour City, banque, poste, tabac, pharmacie, boulangerie. Proches de chez moi se trouvent aussi la magnifique Forteresse de Salses construite au 15ème siècle, et l'étang de Salses Leucate, un joli coin de nature où se balader.

Nestled on the south slope of the Pic du Canigou, Mas Lou Poun is an ancient stone Catalan farmhouse. The ancient Bergerie, is situated away from the main house and has been recently renovated to luxury specs. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake to gentle birdsongs in the forest and meadow. It is surrounded by 9 hectares (25 acres) of private forests, rivers, canyons and numerous walking routes. The Bergerie has access to a natural pool fed by continuously flowing spring water.

Vous séjournerez dans un village catalan qui allie tranquilité rurale et proximité des commerces.

Beautiful individual apartment with air conditioning on the ground floor in a stone house, center of the village. Close to Spain, beaches and the fortress of Salses. Highway exit nearby.
