Totally off grid, solar elec, borehole etc. Situated in the middle of a natural paradise surrounded by the fauna, flora, pleasures and inconvieniences that go with that! Close to the beautiful unspoilt beaches of La Franqui and Leucate and the great wine cellars and restaurants of Fitou, it is the ideal place to recontact with nature and your loved ones.

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme, lumineux et design. L'espace ouvert retient l'attention, mais aussi la décoration et le mobilier, dans une ambiance cosy et calme. Je suis à 5mn à pied de la gare et à quelques minutes seulement des commerces du village: Spar, Carrefour City, banque, poste, tabac, pharmacie, boulangerie. Proches de chez moi se trouvent aussi la magnifique Forteresse de Salses construite au 15ème siècle, et l'étang de Salses Leucate, un joli coin de nature où se balader.

Perpignan et son aéroport sont à 12 minutes de route, (aéroport de Béziers à 50 minutes), Collioure, Banyuls, Port-Vendres et l'Espagne à 40 minutes et les stations de ski (Font-Romeu, Les Angles...) à 1h30. Vous séjournerez dans un village catalan qui allie tranquilité rurale et proximité des commerces.
