Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

I received clear instructions that were helpful in finding the cabin and getting inside. We needed nothing after that, as the little cabin is well set up. It’s an adorable space, and even though it is nestled in between the YMCA and housing, it feels very private. It was warm and muggy during our stay, so we very much appreciated the dehumidifiers! Overall it was a very pleasant stay at the cabin while we visited family in Bloomington. Next time we’re in town, we want to rent the upstairs space just for a change of scenery!

Theresa was a great host! The cabin was in great condition, kitchen and bath were like new. You should be aware that you do need to go through the bath to get to the second bedroom, but that wasn’t an issue for our group.

Stayed here for Dances with Dirt and it was the perfect location - close drive to both Bloomington and Nashville. It had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend. Very quiet and secluded location which we loved. Will definitely stay again when we’re in the area!

“Glamper” on Private Lot by Lake Monroe

My boyfriend and I had a great time! The Glamper fit 2 adults and 2 60lbs dogs easily. Her instructions were very helpful and she added a lot of little touches that made us feel right at home. They supplied treats and waist bags for our dogs, condiments, had a tie out for the dogs just incase we didn't bring one. We also had the option to use their enclosed yard if we wanted to let our dogs run. Suzanne was very responsive to all questions before and during our stay. My boyfriend has never been camping before and this was a great introductory experience! It was an absolutely lovely weekend. We highly recommend!

This is our third time staying at The Cozy Cabin and it never disappoints. It is truly cozy and has everything you need to make it a pleasant stay. Ruth is an excellent host and we hope to stay there again.
