Holiday rentals with lake access in Salt River

It was so relaxing. We drank coffee and watched wildlife over the lake and golf course each morning. The smell of fresh cut grass from the beautifully groomed golf course fills the morning air. We rented the pontoon boat and enjoyed some fishing and puttering. A lovely place.

A great holiday weekend away! Took advantage of the pool each day, watching the birds and ducks and their antics. The house was exactly as advertised. Great location. Few miles away from Downtown Chandler. Great atmosphere and a wide variety to eat and drink. Carl was very responsive and accommodating which made our trip even better. Sometimes it’s challenging to stay at a new place when you have questions. Carl was quick to answer. Very appreciated. We’re anxious to return again.

Beautiful home with lots of perks. Close parking, easy access, lots of fans in each room, comfortable beds and pillows, great selection for coffee and tea, love the wet bar in the living room with very cold bottles of water. Backyard looked lovely, would have used it and the firepit if it wasn't June! With 5 adults, it did not feel cramped. Mentioned a couple of burned out bulbs in the bathroom, and someone came by and replaced them within the hour.

Nice home, good location and friendly host. We would love to stay again.

A perfect stay. Plenty of room for 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). Roomier and more spacious feeling than the photos, especially living room and master. AC is perfect for the warm weather in May. The hot tub is huge and was great when it cooled off at night. Kitchen has everything you need and has Keurig as well as drip coffee maker. Great location on quiet street in Gilbert with shops a very short drive away. Will definitely stay here when visiting family in Gilbert again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Brandon and Nicole’s home. They were quick to respond to questions and proactive in communicating everything we needed. The home was in excellent condition, clean, and offered so much to do. The neighborhood is peaceful, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves kayaking and fishing on the nearby lake. The home was beautiful and clean. The homeowner was extremely attentive and communicated quickly to our questions. The neighborhood was peaceful and had a very nice walking path and a nice playground for kids. The pool area was very nice with lots to do. The home is in a nice central place to see the sights around Phoenix. The beds were very comfortable and appreciated after long days of sightseeing. We enjoyed our visit and we felt as comfortable as if at our own home. We would highly recommend this listing!

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was one of the best we've had; they were so accommodating and responded almost instantly whenever we had a question. The house itself is incredible and was the perfect spot for our group. There was never a dull moment with all the games available inside, plus the ping pong table and baggo set outside. We made great use of the pool and hot tub, and our favorite part of the evening was watching the beautiful sunset from the chairs down by the lake. To top it all off, the beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent Host!

This offering is the perfect place for a short visit or long term stay in Mesa! Our rental was for long term - 4 months - so we really had the chance to enjoy the home, the surrounding area, and the host's great service. From the time we first interacted with Paul to the time when we turned in the keys, it was an exceptional Airbnb experience. The home was well appointed with everything needed for a long-term stay, exceptionally clean and in good repair, and the location was excellent. The host was very responsive, friendly, and attentive to any request we made. We felt like royalty! I would not hesitate renting from Paul again in the future and feel like we have a second home now in Mesa. Beautiful experience - thank you, Paul!

Rudy’s place was perfect. My friend and I were out in Tempe for the weekend and chose this home because it was affordable and luxurious. The home was beautiful and spotlesss just like the photos. The host provided beach towels, body wash, and coffee!! The host gave us so much information upon arrival that made check in easy and smooth. We rented a car but there was no need because there were so many places within walking distance. It was the perfect area to stay. Nice and peaceful. Will be staying again in the future! Spencer’s apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was located near the down town area of Tempe so there were a lot of amazing things to access in the area. This truly was a luxury apartment and all the amenities, including the pool and courtyard games were so much enjoyable. Spencer was a great host and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

6 stars … Just wrapped up a 2 week stay at Adrian’s place and it was exactly what I needed—great location and unbeatable value in Scottsdale. The space was super comfortable and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Honestly, it didn’t feel like a rental at all… more like crashing at a family member’s place. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home-away-from-home experience. Adrian’s hospitality was next level he really sets the bar on how a host should operate, many can learn from him! I would definitely call this my Scottsdale home.

We loved it here. It was cozy, close to everything, and also very reasonably priced. We loved every minute of it!
