We had an amazing stay at Kamyar’s place. Kamyar made us feel like his personal guests, and he may be one of the nicest people I’ve met. The house had everything we needed, and more, and it is even more beautiful than the pictures. It is also more comfortable than we anticipated. It is right next to a nature preserve with hiking trails, so we hiked almost every day we were there. Overall, this was probably my best Airbnb experience, and I would highly recommend staying at Kamyar’s place.

This is a beautiful, well-appointed and designed property. We had an absolute blast and spent so much time at the property because of all the amenities (pool, basketball, game room, media room, etc.). Great, quiet location with quick access to all of N. Scottsdale’s restaurants, shopping, and golf. Highly recommend! We will be back!

We loved this house! Will def be coming back. Clear instructions for check in and check out, pristine house, great for large families, and convenient location to everything. Ross even went out of his way to ship something to us that was left there. Highly recommend.

Upon arrival the house was simple to access and very clean. The backyard is comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen had everything one would need to cook a meal on the stove or BBQ on the grill out back. Host was very responsive which is always appreciated.

What a unique experience and great property and overall neighborhood. Villa was great and very nicely appointed and well taken care of. Mgt company was great to work with and very responsive. Will stay again for sure.

An Unforgettable Stay – Truly a Home Away From Home! Our stay at Fouad’s Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. The house was absolutely spotless, spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly well thought out. Every little detail had been considered—from fully stocked amenities to thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Fouad went above and beyond as a host. His communication was exceptional—super fast, clear, and helpful, even with the time difference. Any minor issue we had was resolved instantly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Our group had such a fantastic time and felt completely at ease throughout the stay. If I ever return to Arizona, I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again—or any property hosted by Fouad. He truly made the entire trip more enjoyable and memorable. Highly, highly recommended!

Honestly a beautiful location way out in the middle of the desert. Peaceful and quiet, only downside is having to drive pretty far to do anything but besides that, the house is amazing enough to sit around and hang out while still having an amazing time.

My boyfriend and I had the loveliest stay at Jeff and Bridget’s home! The house looks even better than the photos, which is quite rare to find on Airbnb in my experience. We had such a fun time in the backyard and felt so cozy and at home inside the house. This house is truly a gem and so are the hosts. Thank you again Jeff and Bridget!
