The property is a short drive from numerous golf courses, Kierland Commons, the Scottsdale Quarters, City North, Desert Ridge, the TPC Open, Barrett-Jackson Auto Show, the Arabian Horse Show, casinos, restaurants, supermarkets, and the freeway. Driving, biking, or walking (around 20-30 minutes), roughly 5 minute or $6 Uber to any of the local Old Town Scottsdale bars, restaurants and attractions. NO DIVING is allowed in the community pool and no glass is allowed at the pool either***. All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised at the community pool at all times, no matter what their swimming skills.
