There is off street parking on the drive, a private gated front entrance and patio. Patio doors from the living room open to private west facing patio. The harbour is just two minutes away with stunning walks out to the sea and ferry to Scolt Head Island where hours can be spent with a picnic in the dunes!

Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. The perfect location for a stay in North Norfolk!
