Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

They wake up in the morning and have a coffee at the Mühlenbach or on cool days in front of the fireproof fireplace. The mill with its ponds and surrounding nature invites you to stop. Hiking and biking trails start right at the entrance to the mill. Being faster in the countryside is hardly possible!

As a former studio and residence of the artist Christel Schulte-Hanhardt, the house combines a cozy atmosphere with modern furnishings. Our small historic, listed half-timbered house from 1727 is located just behind the bell tower in the beautifully restored old town of Arnsberg. The house offers 60 m² of living space on three floors and is occupied solely by the guests. A lockable basement offers space for bicycles and other equipment.
