Holiday rentals with lake access in Samedan

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the window to the lake. Beautiful views also to the surrounding Tremezzo and mountains along with a very comfortable stay. We travelled to other locations on Lake Como and even had a night in cooking dinner and drinking wine from the local market. Thanks to Elena E Mara for a great stay!

Todella mahtava paikka ja erinomaiset puitteet. Ystavällinen ja aina tavoitettavissa oleva majoittaja. Oma aidattu piha aurinkotuileineen ja varjoineen, ranta tien toisella puolella 20 metriä. (Huom! Kiviranta, uimatossut suositellaan). Autopaikka pihassa. Ravintolita löytyy muutama lähellä ja muutama keskustassa, noin 600 m. Siellä myös satama. Laivalla Bellagioon tai Leccoon. Varautukaa kuitenkin kuin mökille, sillä Onnossa ei ole ruokakauppaa, lähin 10 km päässä. Auto tarpeellinen. Omaa rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä arvosteleville ihanteellinen paikka.

Laura and Luciano were very attentive, upon arrival we were given lots of useful information on local activities and places to visit within the time we had. Went above and beyond to provide us with timings for certain buses and trains. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described if not better! Can’t think of anything negative, if I return to Bellagio I would definitely stay again. Thank you !

Wir waren für 8 Tage in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung. Die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Blick über den See und in die Berge ist wirklich wunderbar. Leider war das Wetter nicht so wie erhofft. Die Kommunikation mit Laura und Carla war hervorragend. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Gegend im Norden des Comer Sees ist ruhiger als jene im Süden und die Orte in den Bergen sind es wert besucht zu werden. Sehr gut wird uns das Ristorante in Livo in Erinnerung bleiben, ebenso die ehrwürdige romanische Kirche Santa Maria del Tiglio in Gravedona.

Casa di Angela was a beautiful space for our group of 6! We had plenty of room and the views from the house are breathtaking. It is steps from the lake, restaurants, and the ferry. The area surrounding is very quiet and we only saw a few neighbors. This place is very special and we hope to return one day soon! There is a hill to climb to get to the front door and steps up to all of the bedrooms, but this was expected from the description. Also, getting to the area via bus from the train station during a peak day/season was not a pleasant experience and we would suggest taking a taxi or arranging for a transfer. In the town of Lenno, there was a place to arrange transfer back to the station and the people working there were incredibly kind.

Such a lovely stay at Alice’s air BnB. Firstly, the pictures do not do the view justice - words can’t describe how beautiful the view is. The location is handy as you’re located not too far out from Como and a short bus journey to Bellagio. The air BnB was spacious and the balcony is such a lovely touch for a breakfast in the morning and a relaxed drink at night. Alice has been the best host I’ve had so far, thank you so much. We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Very pleased with our stay. A wonderful location. Luca was so helpful in meeting us to escort us to the property as it is located in a no drive /traffic section. We could not ask for anything more. Luca was always helpful, answering our questions and helped us to manage parking. The property has the most beautiful views. We would highly recommend. Our experience was wonderful and can’t wait to return!

We had the most wonderful 3 night stay! Fabio was so helpful and accommodating. The apartment is perfectly located, close to everything yet felt so private…. And the view from the balcony!!!! Would not hesitate recommending to our family and friends.

It was a great stay, there were bugs that would fly in at night somehow and stick to the ceiling but other then that it was comfortable.

This was one of our favorite apartments yet. Magical!! Pros: the view was stunning. We are active and fit so we didn't mind the steep 10 minute walk up from town to the house. We took advantage of the outdoor table for dining and drinks. We took a half day off from taking the bus to other towns to sightsee, just to relax on the sun loungers in the private side yard. Cons: The listing indicated that cooking basics like olive oil and ground pepper would be there, but they were not. My daughter and I cook at least a few full meals at every Airbnb so this what frustrating for us, especially as we had already been to the grocery store and were starting to cook when we noticed:( Note: We did alert the host about the olive oil but he did not opt to provide us with any. Stefano was wonderful in every other way so this surprised us.

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Menaggio w a super kind host. The place was gorgeous w an incredible view, beautifully renovated w all amenities. They even helped us w our bags and let us check in early. Would def come back again.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! Die Wohnung von Niky entspricht total den Bildern. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles da, was man benötigt. Toll war für uns die flexiblen Zeiten für An und Abreise, alles sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Das Tischchen auf dem schmalen Balkon ist für 4 Personen sehr knapp bemessen, wir waren aber nur zu zweit, von dem her hat er uns völlig ausgereicht. Die Schlafzimmer gehen in Richtung Straße, daher mussten wir immer bei geschlossenen Fenster schlafen. Für uns waren die Betten leider nicht ganz so bequem (aber das ist ja immer eine persönliche Empfindung). Aber ansonsten können wir einen Aufenthalt bei Niky mehr als empfehlen

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Wochenende in der Villa am Comer See! Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt inmitten atemberaubender Natur mit traumhaftem Seeblick. Elena war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Die Zufahrtsstraße ist – typisch für die Region – schmal, und die Einfahrt in die Garage recht steil. Mit unserem Opel Astra und VW Golf war das machbar, aber bei tiefergelegten Autos könnte es knapp werden. Kein echter Nachteil, eher eine regionale Eigenheit. Außerdem wurden – wie in Italien oft üblich – vor dem Check-in Ausweiskopien verlangt. Das ist gesetzlich so geregelt, steht aber nicht in der Beschreibung. Auch das werten wir nicht als negativ, sondern als landestypische Besonderheit. Fazit: Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen – absolut empfehlenswert!

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

I very much enjoyed how cozy the location was with my two friends. However, I did not realize how much of a hike it would be to the cottage as well as the fact that the upstairs could only be reached through the outside.

die Unterkunft ist ausreichend groß mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer einer kleinen Küche und Bad. die Lage ist traumhaft mit Blick auf den See und einen kleinen Strand gibt es auch in direkter Nähe:) die Unterkunft war sauber und die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. wir kommen gerne wieder

L'appartement correspond aux photos et à la description, il est complet, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le parking est un gros plus. La vue est époustouflante, on peut rester des heures à regarder le paysage, ça nous fait vite oublier les désagréments de la route (bcp de passage lors de notre venue et énormément de moto, prévoyez les bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger). L'arrêt de bus, juste à côté, est très pratique pour aller à Bellagio, Nesso ou Côme (mais attention à bien choisir vos jours de déplacement pour éviter la foule). Merci pour ces quelques jours de déconnection.

la casa e' molto bella, curatissima e super pulita , si vede proprio che Cristina tiene tantissimo alla sua casa e al benessere degli ospiti lei e' stata molto gentile dandoci le indicazioni precise e accogliendoci i all'arrivo , siccome ho detto che sono freddolosa ci ha fatto trovare la casa bella calda il giardino e' magnifico tenuto alla perfezione , peccato che quando siamo arrivati pioveva ma come detto a Cristina torneremo il prossimo anno con la bella stagione Paola

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

This place is truly one of a kind. Simply the most exceptional place I have been to. Great restaurants nearby, directly accessible by boat. We just loved cruising around the lake with the small motor boat, it made everything feel more special. The place itself is unique, as only very few houses are available in Santa Margherita. Lots of birds to watch, but the icing on the cake was all the fireflies at night that sparkle in the dark, really magical. But above all, Mattia was the friendliest, most helpful host and made everything nice and comfortable for us.
