Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Sami

Such a lovely place to stay everything was perfect from the location to the amazing host! They were so lovey and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed at all time

My first time in Kefalonia. Very gracious host. Very responsive, pleasant and always a smile. Right by the bridge, main street, ATM, market. This is a smoking space. I don't smoke, but it was very clean. The bathtub/shower is cute but small. I enjoyed it! a new experience! Taxi stand at square was not far away. Kefalonia is wonderful. might be best to rent a car than use taxi to your due to cost. But go to Kefalonia if you can! Big thank you to my lovely host!!!

The house is tidy and well maintained, with a nice patio/garden overlooking the sea in the distance. Mark and his family are always friendly, helpful, and provide daily maintenance of the property. The replacement of towels is very frequent; as is the cleaning of the house, which, after the third night, has been cleaned more thoroughly. Our daughter was able to spend happy hours with some kittens on the property, and was also involved in their care by Mark's father, who, not infrequently, paid homage to some figs and almonds from the garden. For those who want to experience the house not only as a support for breakfast and rest, we would suggest a lounge chair on the patio.

Great location, away from the noise, to the port and the bus stop to the airport 10 minutes, there is a place for swimming nearby. The apartment is clean, comfortable beds, clean linen,the kitchen has a minimum necessary for cooking. Hosts are available to help with tips. The price matches the quality. Recommended.

Anna’s place was exactly as described, the bed was very comfortable and the linen and towels provided were of a high standard. The kitchen is fine, no microwave but that was no problem for us. The owners were friendly and helpful, they left us supplies in the fridge on our arrival and dropped off some orange juice & pastries one morning. The AC works well, the bathroom is excellent, the shower is superb, with a wonderful view if you open the window at head height. The road outside is too tight to park outside but there was always room 50 yards down the road so not a problem. Lastly there was a beautiful cat that visited every morning & evening, she always sat on the doormat and never went indoors, we named her Tinker as she has a bell around her neck, we found her adorable, on our last evening we walked down the slope in front of the property and found her with her 3 kittens, they were shy, Tinks let us give her one last stroke to say goodbye, please buy her some food, it’s very cheap

Very good place to stay as far as location is considered if you want to visit as many places in kefalonia as possible and just want to sleep here . The host is very willing to help however he can . When looking for the place , I suggest you just ask of him to send you the address in Google maps , cause getting here with directions is a bit tricky , just use the gps instead .

Despite the fact that the airport is so close and yes we did hear the occasional take off or landing of planes the apartment is in a very peaceful spot. From the balcony looking down on olive and pomegranate trees and other colourful blooming shrubs. The tavernas are all within 10-20 minutes walking distance. Car rental was good and nearby also. Nearest beach and the beautiful Med 15 minute walk. The apartment was immaculately clean and everything there you could possibly need.

Angelos was a very attentive host, helpful and responsive to any queries. The accommodation was clean well equipped. We enjoyed checking out the local beaches that were suggested in the recommendations folder. The view from the balcony was amazing!

Our stay in the house of Harel was fantastic. Plenty of privacy, opportunities to sit in the shade as well as in the sun. Comfortable home, cozy furnishings. Everything was present as in the advertisement. The view from the terrace was perhaps the most beautiful of the house. Access to the beach within walking distance via a staircase with a considerable number of steps. There are also a number of restaurants here. In short, a must if you want to stay in Vasiliki.

We had a lovely stay. The servicing especially cleaning was exceptional. The response to queries or problems was immediate. A beautiful villa with an amazing view. Right next to Vassiliki and short drive from Sivota the two best places on Lefkada. We're looking forward to coming again.

Loukia and Stefanos's cottage is a great place to stay on Kefalonia. It is an easy 10 min drive to the lovely beaches Travizaki and Aquinas and both have a good cafe/ bar. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable and the hosts are a pleasure to meet. The driveway entrance is 70m from the Moussata Bakery, coming from Poros, opposite a salmon/pink house with broght green shutters. A minimarket is cose by on thd beach road. We stayed 8days and loved our holiday there. Two bus tours we took, winery and Ithaca, were great value, as was Greekstones car rental.

We had a wonderful week in George's villa, starting with a warm welcome from his lovely mum who showed us around. We were then left in peace for the rest of the trip, although George always responded quickly when we sent him questions. The villa is even nicer than the pictures, great AC and plenty of towels. It is atop a hill, with no other villas or roads close by, so you're not overlooked and the view is breathtaking. We didn't hear traffic noise or even dogs barking at night, you feel tucked away in your own private space. The pool is perfect, and stays really clean thanks to the infinity design. The loungers are comfy with the grapevine shade. We used the outdoor BBQ and sat out on the terrace every day, though if you're eating outside you will attract some flies. The location is rural, so there were lots of bugs outside and occasionally inside - not a problem, but something to be aware of and bring insect repellent! There are screens on doors and windows to keep them out.

As a family of four, we loved our stay in this beautiful house. As soon as walked in we felt right at home. The verandah area is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the decor is tasteful and beautiful and the house is so welcoming we didn’t want to leave. Everything worked perfectly and was in excellent condition. It has everything anyone could possibly need in a very convenient location. One of our favourites!

We relished our stay at Dimitris‘ and Ioannas place enormously. It is romantic and easily the most beautiful old house in Poros. Close by the water one can see and hear the sea constantly. In addition we were made to feel welcome and at home instantly.

great view, beautiful garden with BBQ, private parking, air-conditioning in all rooms (though we never used them cause it always had a nice breeze). Dionysis was a great host and the place overlooks the bay, and it's 5mins from Argostoli town.

We had a lovely stay in Dimitris' apartment for 10 nights. The view from the balcony was amazing and we spent many hours enjoying it. There are 4 balconies, two of them with seaside view and the other two with mountain view. The 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms were ideal for us, 4 adults, and the apartment was very well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher (we didn't use it ) , which were welcomed additions! The 2 dogs living there are friendly ! Apart from the stunning views (from all the balconies), the apartment is ideally situated in Sami slightly away from the center of the town but only a few minutes' walk from tavernas, bars, shops and local beaches. In our opinion, Sami is a good base to explore the island and we done 700 km by our car to see the most beautiful beaches of the island. Dimitris is a very nice host who gave us a lot of information by phone and his relatives are very kind and helpful. We liked the apartment very much (especially the stunning view of Sami from the balconies, it will miss it !!!) and the island. We would definitely like to return one day.

Mister Efthimios was very proactive and responsive when it came to communication before arriving at the place. When we arrived, he greeted us warmly and gave us a small tour of the apartment. I had to work from home during my stay, and the Internet was being a bit spotty but Mister Efthimios came over more than three times to help me with the issue. He was super helpful, kind, respectful and polite. many, many thanks for the lovely stay! 5/⭐

Everything perfect, we stayed in the Susanna appartment which are located in a quiet area full of restaurants and commodities, 5 min walk from some wonderful beaches and 5 min drive from the Airport and argostoli!
