A wonderful apartment, beautifully furnished, well equipped and an amazing terrace. Centrally situated, close to everything, including the station. Davide gave us comprehensive information about the apartment and was very easy to communicate with. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful property and a spotless, stylish room. The host was incredibly kind and attentive—made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant experience! The apartment is located in an enviable location, close to the center, all amenities, connections and especially the sea. The unit is golden of all the necessary comforts, and even more, it is spacious, well furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay. We stayed with Lisa and Francesco for 7 days. Even the first contact when booking the accommodation was very pleasant and warm. The place is great! Everything you need is there. Lisa and Francesco gave us a lot of tips on what else to do in the area. Restaurant tips were also included! Thank you very much for that!! We will be happy to come back!!

Beautiful place, near a river. Very quiet. Surrounded by nature. The apartment included all the necessary kitchen utensils and was comfortable. Lorenzo was very nice and answered quickly.

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

Great location, very nicely decorated, very comfortable bed and bathrooms, but impractical kitchen.

Had a really relaxing stay. The grounds and pool area was outstanding. Close to great beaches and interesting towns. A big thank you Giovanni for creating the beautiful space and to Monica (and Micky the mower) for keeping it so beautiful. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation in the center of Capoliveri with the possibility of parking in front. The apartment has a terrace where you can eat and admire a splendid view of the sea. Licia was an impeccable host, very kind and always ready to respond to requests. In addition, the apartment was very clean and well-equipped. We will definitely be back soon

Great place to explore Tuscany. In life it's much brighter than in the photos, the views are absolutely beautiful. We also had dinner, tried local wine - everything was wonderful. We had a nice chat with Pino at dinner - he does his job very well. If you want to explore the real Tuscany - choose this apartment. This is a magical place.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

Apartment as described. Very clean and comfortable. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Always top-notch and very kind communication. When I return to Florence, if there is the possibility, I will return to this apartment.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Emily's apartment is the perfect location to explore Lucca. She was extremely helpful when communicating and very prompt when replying to any queries.

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
