There are no words to describe the kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Maria Teresa; a wonderful creature who loves animals as most people should. The structure is absolutely perfect for what my needs were. Very clean, very comfortable mattresses, complete with everything you needed (from detergent to extra virgin olive oil made by them), including a beach umbrella, beach towels and even new slippers for the whole family. What can I say, people should take an example from this girl on how to run a B&B. I hope to return as soon as possible. 💛

We couldn't ask for more! The accommodation was simply fantastic: a portion of a beachfront villa, cared for with simplicity, very clean and super-equipped. Absolute merit note to the dehors: a priceless space immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, with a breathtaking view of the sea. Giorgia was very helpful and very flexible, making everything even more enjoyable. A real surprise... and a certainty for the future: we will definitely be back!

Romana was incredibly kind and even picked us up from the train station. We enjoyed the stay a lot! The view is simply unbelievable and the art in the house is a collection with calling it a museum! Thanks a lot for sharing that beautiful place with us!

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

We had a wonderful week in the ultra beautiful apartment. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything for a quiet break. The village is beautiful and there is a delicious restaurant, a small shop and a great bar.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emina’s house. Drinking espresso’s in the morning in the gardens with amazing view, cooking in the excellent equipped kitchen, evenings by the fire place. And the surroundings with al few beautiful beaches at 15 min drive and historical towns nearby made our holiday with kids a lot of fun. We would definitely recommend!

A hidden gem in a peaceful and private setting. Close to everything and only 5 minutes to local square and downhill walk to beach. Clean and great amenities. Air-con available although the apartment was lovely and cool and did not have to use the AirCon much. Great for a couple. Thank you :)

Thank you for a great place to stay in Terracina. The apartment had everything we needed and a magnificent view over the ocean. We also appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the host. We would stay here again!

This was a great stay and very close to the beach. There is a store right across from the apartment and Max coordinated us a parking spot nearby thatvwr did pay for. He welco.ed us and explained everything about the apartment upon arrival, would recommend this place.

We stayed 4 days, the house has recently been renovated so it is very clean, the view from the terrace is exceptional so much so that you can even stay for hours to admire the bay, new bathroom and also the well-equipped kitchen even if we were on the beach and we used it little. I highly recommend booking this house.

Perfect for us in the middle of the old town with a fantastic completely undisturbed roof terrace with 365 degrees view of the city and the sea. Top cozy apartment with everything we needed - beautifully decorated with a living room and a large bedroom and a cozy office space. In addition to a good kitchen with everything we needed. In the center of the old town with a square and several restaurants nearby and a small convenience store around the corner with fresh bread and everything we needed. Pulsating Italian life. So that someone in their comment suggested noise from the restaurant on the ground floor. A little loud Italian on Saturday, but for us it was just charming and you just have to close the window to avoid the noise. Also saw a comment that there were no smoke detectors in the apartment. That's not true, fire alarms are installed. Summary from us, - perfect!

We had a very nice stay in Gaeta. The accommodation is located in the old town, in a small alley. It's very cute and typical. Very well located, 20 min walk to the coast to go to the beach. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation is a gem, equipped with everything and tastefully furnished. Host Raffaele is super helpful and very responsive. The value for the money is great. I am very satisfied.

We enjoyed staying at the place very much! A well-kept apartment with great views and a beautiful balcony where you can sit comfortably in the evening. The path to the beach is also very short, so you can easily cope with a toddler. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed two nights during the Easter holidays and the flat had everything we needed for a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The flat is tidy and clean, it is spacious and in a good location in Sperlonga, a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and cafés. Luigi was answered all our queries promptly. His dad gave us a friendly welcome to the flat.

Everything was perfect, from the arrival with a great welcome to check-out. All the services described were present in the apartment and communication with the host was simple and effective. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very clean and absolutely as in the photos, Giuseppe was really very helpful, present, attentive to all the details to make you have the experience, the pampering, of your home but on vacation. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea makes everything spectacular, the only downside was having to leave! We will definitely be back, a thought also for Daniel who helped us with sunbeds and umbrella, he was also very kind, always very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

I had a really pleasant stay, Gabriele and the owners who live upstairs are very helpful and friendly. The apartment is very convenient for those who often use the station, it is a 5-minute walk, and you can also leave your car nearby. It offers all possible comforts and is also equipped with some items to make breakfast. I highly recommend it to everyone for a pleasant stay in Latina Scalo

Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view. We are so happy with our stay at Monica’s place.
