Villa holiday rentals in San Felice Circeo

La Bougainville was absolutely beautiful. The pictures on the Airbnb website were 100% accurate. The house was spacious well kept and beautifully decorated. The main floor had a kitchen, 2 dining areas, a sitting area overlooking the sea & town, a gorgeous patio with the same view. The second floor had 3 BRs & 2 baths; 1 queen, 1 twin & a 3rd with 2 twins together with more on 3rd floor. There is an apartment some stairs down from the patio with 1 BR which my daughter loved . The host & her son were extremely helpful in answering any & all questions. The very few concerns that we did were quickly addressed. A few things to be aware of:the house is on top of a hill & almost impossible to walk to by foot. We had to call car service every time we wanted to go anywhere. This was a minor inconvenience to us given the beauty of the house. The house is 100 years old so the amenities are not state of the art, but well maintained & in perfect working order. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND La Bougainville.

Accommodation matches the photos and even more. It has everything you need for a pleasant family vacation. The area is quiet and residential, however it is necessary to take the car to access the beautiful beaches and activities. The exchanges with Filomena were perfect as well as the hosting and on-site availability of Cinzia. Very pleasantly surprised to find fresh water, tomatoes, basil, fruit in the fridge as well as enough to cook pasta in tomato sauce when we arrived!!!! Thanks again to Cinzia. Isabelle and David

Lovely hacienda style house. Not modernly furnished but comfortbale, cosy and clean. We enjoyed the spacious rooms. Mario was very friendly and helpful. We loved exploring Sabaudia and its surroundings. Lively town and beautiful beaches and mountain villages. Molella is quiet but nice to return 'home' to

The house is incredibly cozy and incredible location. The jacuzzi with a view of the mountains is very cool. Also the location gives the opportunity to see the sunset. In a nutshell, I'm very happy with my time at this lodge.

Very nice and clean place. Floor was spotless. Stylysh and comfortable. The place looked better than in photos. It has a Tuscany feel to it. Short drive into Itri for nice food. Overall 8 out of 10.

We loved Sabina's place. Simple and essential but well-stocked and welcoming. There was nothing missing and we immediately felt at home. From the house there are two trails that in a few steps lead to beautiful terraces on the sea and in a couple of minutes to a little corner of heaven. Access to the sea is easy for children, and the water is crystal clear and full of life. Fixed mask and mouthpiece! Unforgettable sunset. We spent two days in this fantastic accommodation, with breathtaking views! Spacious and clean rooms with all the necessary comforts. Maria Cristina, always available and interested in knowing how the stay was going, was courteous and present even before our arrival. We highly recommend this house for those who want to spend days in peace in a quiet area and at the same time enjoy a fantastic view both day and night. 10 out of 10!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was so beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The kids had a great time with the pool and all the sports equipment. Highly recommend!

The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

Rosalba and Claudia were punctual at the check-in as agreed and explained everything to us in detail in the house. Both of them are very friendly and communicated proactively with us. The house itself is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It exactly matches the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, we had no complaints. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. It is located outside of San Felice Circeo, and it takes about 1 hour to walk to the village. There are shopping facilities and restaurants nearby (about a 15-minute walk). The beach is also reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The property is surrounded by a fence, making it private, and the area is very quiet.

We spent a week at the end of July at Roberto's house. The house is very nice, with a large garden and is in a strategic location. Close to the sea but far from the confusion of Circeo. On the beautiful patio we spent lunches and dinners in the shade. We will be back for sure.

The house is beautiful and the views are INCREDIBLE! The hill to get to the house is very steep but worth it for the most beautiful vista. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the house and especially the garden, just stunning and we ate outside for every meal.

Peaceful elegance in a beautiful location, was exactly right for us..loved the pool and the space in the villa was great. We could relax easily and also did some excursions during the day..Would highly recommend

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

We stayed at this beautiful villa in two couples and two children, unfortunately only for 5 days. The villa is surrounded by an endless and very well-kept park with a wonderful pool and a very comfortable outdoor area! The interior is very spacious But the outside is the most beautiful part, it also has a comfortable brick barbecue very useful! The owners were always available and very kind and made us feel at home, always available and ready to give us a thousand directions! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!! Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

the house is beautiful and ideal for a romantic getaway. a little scruffy on the outside, a real shame. The hammock was dirty, the cut grass was left to one side, the deckchairs were broken and the sofas had no cushions. The broken refrigerator was then terrible. With the heat and a small fridge bar available, it was a bit of a disaster. Overall, very good, just right for a day and a night. The jacuzzi that comes out of the bed was a treat, but also a little too unclean.

Super nice house with plenty of space especially outside. We traveled 2 adults and 2 teenagers we had a lot of fun. Super nice pool with a tilt. Several shopping and restaurants right nearby by car. Thank you for 5 lovely days in the house. ☀️

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!
