The apartment perfectly matches the photos: new, bright, clean and equipped with everything you need. We found everything you need for breakfast including water and fruit juice in the fridge. The location is great because it is in the center but on a quiet street. The apartment is at the top of two flights of stairs (having a few luggage was not a problem) but the access door is private, so it is convenient to be able to safely leave your luggage down. Despite an initial problem getting in touch with Mara Letizia, who had problems with her mobile phone and had no way to contact us through Airbnb, she was still very kind to even bring the keys to us at a point indicated by us. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Alessia’s apartment! The place is incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything you might need. It truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with Alessia was fantastic throughout the entire stay - she was quick to respond, helpful, and very welcoming. The apartment offered excellent value for money, far exceeding our expectations in both comfort and convenience. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again!

Accommodation 10 minutes' walk from the thermal baths, easy to reach, convenient indoor courtyard parking space as everything outside is paid, apartment without elevator but short ramps so easy to climb. Small but comfortable apartment for 4 people, tastefully furnished with all comforts, very quiet even at night. Mary is an extremely kind person, she knows the place very well and can direct you to the right places, highly recommended
