Giuseppe came in person to welcome us. His apartment was recently renovated, so everything is in great condition and perfectly matches the expectations that one makes when looking at the site, in fact it is better with the undisclosed precautions, such as mosquito nets at all windows, which do not spoil in August. The house is still being embellished, in a quiet and reserved setting, but minutes from both Nicotera and Nicotera Marina. Truly a nice experience, perfect for discovering its beautiful land. Highly recommended!

Very nice place,easy accessible all the places by car.Same price you would pay in Tropea or Scilla to a much smaller place.very glad we choose this place.

Chiara and Zio Ciccio are exquisite people who are always available and responsive hosts. We had a cleanliness issue NOT ATTRIBUTABLE to the host but it was promptly resolved. Ideal for the tranquility of the area, the sea is very nice and the beaches are not crowded. The apartment is convenient as a location to reach the different tourist destinations. We recommend Chiara and her place and take the opportunity to thank her for everything Hope to see you soon!

Honestly a great stay. Everyone was so helpful with the check in instructions and the place was walking distance from the train station which was so nice. The apartment was clean and beautiful! Lots of hot water, a large living room and two great balconies. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Yes the beach ACTUALLY is a 10 minute walk from the place, unlike many adds saying it’s close. There’s no need for a taxi or anything. The beaches themselves were also beautiful. All in all a great place to stay. Lovely hosts. And a beautiful beach.
