It was a cozy cottage, perfect for me! It was clean and comfortable. The yard, right on the lake, was gorgeous and so inviting! Loved to swing in the hammock and listen to the birds! Great weekend stay!

Ryan and James were available and responsive. The cottage was well appointed and immaculate. It was obvious that quite a bit of thought went into the amenities and decor. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The views! Looking over the Russian River where it empties into the Pacific Ocean was awesome! We will be back.

We have stayed at Nathan’s cottage several times and each time is absolutely incredible! The cottage is so comfortable and beautifully decorated, the surroundings are stunning, and Nathan is so wonderful to communicate with. You just feel surrounded by the nature and beauty of the area. We spent so much time being outside on the lovely deck just soaking up the ambience of the outdoors. It’s such a treat to visit time after time.

Lovely and peaceful historic home, that served as our base camp for exploring Point Reyes National Seashore. Super friendly hosts, adorable chickens and a magical garden deck with fire pit was a major plus!

Sean's place was definitely what we were looking for as a group of 6 adults. Location is awesome as it's literally only a few steps from a main strip of little local shops, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. With that said, the airbnb location is very peaceful and quiet. You'll be on the main/ground floor of house, with both rooms having a view of Sean's beautiful garden that you can tell has been well taken care of. The 2 full baths was a plus for our group as well. Sean was a really great and thoughtful host. Super responsive, and very quiet; you could hardly hear any sounds coming from upstairs. Would recommend a stay here!

Wow, wow, wow! We cannot say enough about how incredible this stay was. The setting is even more beautiful than the pictures, host & property manager are helpful & responsive, & amenities were great! In addition to the stunning home, it has everything you could possibly need. As an added bonus, beds were so comfy & luxurious. Cannot recommend enough!

I can’t say enough positive things about this beautiful home. It was a little bit of magic in Sonoma county, very close to the town center but private and in the valley surrounded by fields. The home was gorgeous with beautiful linens and towels and a perfectly stocked kitchen.

This is our second time staying here. Very private, clean, and beautiful home in the hills. We highly recommend staying here. You will see a lot of wildlife, too!

Jess' place is the cutest! Stayed for a week with my dog. It's a quiet neighborhood within close (3-5 mins) driving or 5-15 mins walking distance to a lot of fun spots (Prescott Food Hall, Lake Merritt, etc). Great bathroom, comfy bed.

Wow, what a gorgeous space. We loved waking up to the towering redwoods and morning sun and stargazing at night. Six of us + a dog slept comfortably and Kira was nice enough to provide some extra bedding for us. The location is A+ with all of Philo/Boonville and the coast to explore. We will be back!

The Airbnb is a small villa with a beautiful view. The 1.5 mile drive up the road is narrow, with sharp turns. There are many parked cars and other obstacles which take some careful navigation. It is not especially easy to find. There are two electronic gates secured by key pads, which were sensitive and took several frustrating tries. There are 40+ steps to the front door, which are all lighted except the first one from the driveway (we nearly fell). It is a chore bringing in your luggage, but worth it The driveway is precarious for turning around, especially at night, as it is narrow with a steep drop-off. Considering we were coming from the Rocky mountains we took this in stride but some may not. There is no separate keypad box at the door because it is part of the lock and we didn’t realize that it lights up when touched. We needed to call the host. Fortunately we had a signal and she answered immediately but there was some confusion regarding who we were and our arrival date.

We had a family wedding just 10 minutes away from Nathan's place, so the location was ideal. The house is in the beautiful redwoods with many wood details inside and out. I loved a morning hot tub time and everyone had a bed to sleep in!! Nathan is a wonderful host and responded very quickly. All in all, this is a peaceful and well stocked house in a tranquil setting.

WOW! We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and this one was one of the best!!! The home was super cozy and the absolute best views. Watching the fog lift was incredible. We also loved watching the deer on the property. The hosts answered all of our questions and gave us a great restaurant recommendation and we loved it so much we ate there every night 😊 We used the hot tub every day and it was fantastic and very clean. The home had everything we needed and more! It got very light in the early morning so I would suggest a sleep mask if you like to sleep in. Everything was a 10 out of 10! Definitely want to come back!!!

What a lovely spot! I cannot speak to the local scene as I arrived and tucked in for a 48-hour staycation, bringing my own food, etc. The space really celebrates in-door/outdoor living with large sliding doors that open onto a small patio complete with heat lamps, a comfortable couch and chairs. Off to the right, there's a hot tub, which was well maintained and perfect for a little star-gazing. The bed was cozy and the shower spacious and well-maintained. I'd love to go back another time for a longer stay. Janice

We had an AMAZING time at the Kinderwood Farms. Lauren and Mac made us feel very at home :) We learned how to milk goats, make goat cheese, make sourdough bread and take care of farm animals. 11/10 experience and we will be back!!!

My family (me, my husband, and our 9-month-old daughter) stayed here for a few days to attend a friend’s wedding at a nearby winery. What a cozy gem! The inside of the guesthouse was plenty spacious enough for the three of us. The kitchenette was perfect for making coffee and simple breakfasts in the morning. The outdoor spaces were so peaceful. I can tell that a lot of thought and care went into creating this little oasis. The location and proximity to tons of wineries was really perfect. Communication with the hosts was very responsive and friendly. I have nothing but positive things to say and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and a nice deck out back to take it all in. Everything was as-advertised and it was well equipped for light at home cooking. Great place to stay.

I’d like to start by saying it was amazing my husband and I were celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary and Linda’s place made it absolutely the vacation we were looking for. Linda was the best host always responsive and had great recommendations. The cottage was so private and had everything you needed for your vacation. The salt water pool was a great way to end an evening after a day of wine tasting and shopping. The kitchen is very well stocked she even has spices. Linda has truly thought of everything and we will most definitely be back. Her husband Mike is so nice and showed us his garden and even gave us some jam to take home. Thank you for sharing your home with us can’t wait to come back already

Beautiful house in a gorgeous location. Mid century modern, so cozy, feels like you stepped back in time. Beautifully decorated and very clean. My husband and I had a great weekend celebrating his birthday. It was a perfect relaxing getaway. The creek water was so clear and the view was beautiful while relaxing on the deck. We enjoyed the hot tub too, very relaxing. House is well stocked with the basic things you need. Very nice big shower with very hot water. The Zen garden is so beautiful too and all the huge trees everywhere was so mesmerizing.
