Kid-friendly holiday rentals in San Giovanni in Fiore

Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

Overall, a good stay. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in and communication easy. The place looked like the photos and was clean and comfortable for a short visit. A solid option for travelers looking for a simple and convenient stay.

Super Unterkunft, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Direkt am Meer mit zwei schönen Bars und öffentlich zugänglichen Strand. Vincenzo ist super zuvorkommen und immer da wenn Mann was braucht. Jederzeit wieder.

Ottimo alloggio, ben posizionato nel centro di Villapiana lido, dotato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. Ci si sposta a piedi comodamente sia per ristoranti che per il mare. È presente un passaggio pedonale non segnalato dai vari navigatori per raggiungere la spiaggia, ci si mette circa 3 minuti a piedi. Idem per le passeggiate serali sul lungomare. Servizi come bar,ristoranti e supermercati raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Come da descrizione è presente il parcheggio privato, nella nostra permanenza (1 settimana) non abbiamo mai usato l’ auto. Giuliano è un Host molto attivo, ogni nostra domanda ha avuto risposta pressoché immediata. Sarà sicuramente un posto in cui tornare.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Where do I start. Beautiful house up in the hills around 5km from town. On arrival we were welcomed by Vitoria and his family and immediately felt at home. Evening meal with wine was offered for €25 each, glad we accepted as it was the best meal in Italy so far. Typical Calabrian food mostly from their farm. Served outside on the terrace by all family members and w Service was like you would get in a restaurant. On arrival, fridge had water, bread, fruit juice, salami and fresh milk along with a fresh bowl of oranges from the garden. Fresh baked croissants delivered for breakfast along with fresh peaches. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfy beds. On leaving, Vittorio’s wife supplied us with home made Nduja Calabrese and jars of pickled vegetables. Cute and very friendly dogs. What a wonderful family to stay with ❤️🇮🇹❤️👌

This stay I very much enjoyed. Giuseppina is a fantastic person and passionate about her community. I really enjoyed our conversations. The house was very clean, had everything and was spacious. The area is quiet with a beautiful view of the sea and town below. The sea is only a few kilometres away. The locals were just as lovely to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We really enjoyed our stay in Elio‘s Airbnb. The house is very well equipped with many bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast / small dinner and air condition in every bedroom & living room. The communication with Elio was easy and he gave us very good instructions to find the Airbnb. Would definitely recommend to others!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Antonio Malheureusement, il n'a pas pu se libérer à notre arrivée, mais les explications sur You tube sont parfaites. La région est très belle et nous avons pu la visiter à partir du logement qui est assez central

Wir waren absolut begeistert! Die Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade ist unschlagbar, es sind nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Strand und trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Alles hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen, wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer war einfach spektakulär! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Sie haben uns nicht nur einen frühen Check-in ermöglicht, sondern uns auch mit Restaurantgutscheinen für die Umgebung versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cesare is een ontzettend lieve man die je gelijk een gevoel van thuis geeft. Heerlijk vers fruit, bakje koffie, lekker likeurtje, we werden echt verwend. we hadden vanwege de rust een kamer aan de achterkant van de prachtige boerderij. een veranda en veel privacy. Daar zijn we op gesteld en Cesare voelde dat heel goed aan. Hij heeft een heerlijke tuin en we hadden voor het eerst tijdens onze reis comfortabele stoelen. Het bed sliep heerlijk, het kussen was beter dan bij ons thuis. We hebben goede tips gekregen. Cesare spreekt een paar woorden Engels, maar met Google translate kwamen we toch tot leuke gesprekken. Hij heeft erg lieve honden lopen op het terrein. Dat maakte het gemis van onze eigen honden thuis iets dragelijker. We hebben heerlijke dagen bij je gehad, Cesare, en zullen onze vrienden zeker over je mooie bedrijf vertellen. Heel veel succes en nogmaals dankjewel❤️

Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einmalig: Felsen und Strand. Anfang Juni hatten wir den Strand auch noch ganz für uns allein. Es handelt sich um einen Privatstrand für die anliegenden Häuser. Die Wohnung haben wir geliebt. Mit viel Stil und geschmackvoll mit Möbeln und Deko eingerichtet und es wurde jeder Platz in der Wohnung gut genutzt. Fühlte sich an wie ein Strandhaus auf Hawaii. Es war alles da, was man brauchte zum Leben und kochen und waschen: man hatte das Gefühl, dort zu leben. Caterina war so nett und hat noch extra für uns Frühstück eingekauft und im Kühlschrank hinterlassen. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele lokale Tipps für Restaurants, Supermärkte, andere Strände etc. gegeben. Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub!

We had an amazing stay at Gianpaolo’s apartment in Pòala! The space is absolutely huge, with modern, high-end renovations that blend style, comfort, and luxury perfectly. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and it truly felt like a five-star experience. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Pòala, with everything just a short walk away. The town itself is full of charm, and we loved discovering local restaurants serving incredible homecooked meals — the kind of food that makes you feel like you're part of the family. Gianpaolo was a wonderful host — responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. If you're looking for a spacious, beautifully renovated place in a charming Sicilian town with amazing food and a welcoming atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommended!

Miejsce zgodne z opisem ,znajduje się w centrum miasta .Apartament wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach ,posiada duży balkon .Elastyczne zameldowanie,gospodarz odpowiada szybko na pytania .Obok apartamentu czynny bar ,w odległości 10 min spacerem kawiarnie i restauracje .Gospodarz bardzo miły pozwolił nam się wymeldować później bez dodatkowej opłaty .

Cristian e Susa moglie sono persone gentili ed accorte, il loro appartamento non manca di nulla, per farti passare un soggiorno tranquillo. noi eravamo lì per lavoro ma abbiamo potuto godere anche la posizione centrale dell'appartamento per andare in giro a passeggio o raggiunte il lungo mare che dista dall'appartamento pochi minuti. sarà un alloggio di riferimento in quella zona.

the accommodation war incredible , we felt like at home. there is everything what u would need: terrace with an incredible view, kitchen, coffee, washing machine , convenient place to park. the host is very very friendly!

Precioso lugar en el que descansar y reponer fuerzas. Anfitriones que nos han hecho sentir como en casa. El desayuno es espectacular y vale mucho la pena probar toda la bollería y mermeladas caseras. Cafés riquísimos y naranjas recién cogidas del árbol. Definitivamente uno de esos lugares a recomendar.

Accoglienza eccellente, personale disponibilissimo, tutto in ordine, pulito ed efficiente. consiglio a chi vuol trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità e a due passi dal mare in zona tranquilla. location adatto a famiglia con bimbi piccoli visto le comodità dell'alloggio.

L'alloggio è ottimo per persone in viaggio dal momento che è molto vicino sia alla stazione che all'aereoporto. questo aspetto è infatti molto utile ma si trova anche a 5 minuti in auto dal mare. camera molto spaziosa e cucina ben fornita per cucinare direttamente a casa. mi sono trovato bene
