Kid-friendly holiday rentals in San Giovanni in Fiore

Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

Overall, a good stay. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in and communication easy. The place looked like the photos and was clean and comfortable for a short visit. A solid option for travelers looking for a simple and convenient stay.

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Where do I start. Beautiful house up in the hills around 5km from town. On arrival we were welcomed by Vitoria and his family and immediately felt at home. Evening meal with wine was offered for €25 each, glad we accepted as it was the best meal in Italy so far. Typical Calabrian food mostly from their farm. Served outside on the terrace by all family members and w Service was like you would get in a restaurant. On arrival, fridge had water, bread, fruit juice, salami and fresh milk along with a fresh bowl of oranges from the garden. Fresh baked croissants delivered for breakfast along with fresh peaches. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfy beds. On leaving, Vittorio’s wife supplied us with home made Nduja Calabrese and jars of pickled vegetables. Cute and very friendly dogs. What a wonderful family to stay with ❤️🇮🇹❤️👌

This stay I very much enjoyed. Giuseppina is a fantastic person and passionate about her community. I really enjoyed our conversations. The house was very clean, had everything and was spacious. The area is quiet with a beautiful view of the sea and town below. The sea is only a few kilometres away. The locals were just as lovely to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We really enjoyed our stay in Elio‘s Airbnb. The house is very well equipped with many bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast / small dinner and air condition in every bedroom & living room. The communication with Elio was easy and he gave us very good instructions to find the Airbnb. Would definitely recommend to others!

We loved our stay at Jay’s place in Conflenti! It was in the mountains and so peaceful. Everyone in town was incredibly friendly; they made us feel right at home. Hosts were amazing and so helpful. The restaurant that is within walking distance was delicious. We ate there all 3 days of our stay! I couldn’t recommend this place more. Amazing! Thank you Jay, Angela, and Mariano!

We were absolutely thrilled! The location directly on the beach promenade is unbeatable, it is only a few steps to the beach and yet it is pleasantly quiet. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, modern and stylishly furnished, exactly as described. Everything fully met our expectations, if not exceeded them. The view from the balcony to the sea was simply spectacular! We would like to highlight the very friendly and courteous communication with the landlords. They not only allowed us to check in early, but also provided us with restaurant vouchers for the area. We will be happy to come back!

Excellent apartment! Great view, quiet area, close to the center on foot... Private parking on site! Warm communication and hospitality, and always available!! Great stay!!!

The view from the terrace is unique: rocks and beach. At the beginning of June, we also had the beach all to ourselves. It is a private beach for the adjacent houses. We loved the apartment. Furnished with a lot of style and taste with furniture and decoration and every space in the apartment was well used. Felt like a beach house in Hawaii. Everything you needed to live and cook and wash was there: you had the feeling of living there. Caterina was so nice and bought breakfast for us and left it in the fridge. She was very helpful and gave us many local tips for restaurants, supermarkets, other beaches, etc. Thank you for this lovely holiday!

We had a great time at Giovanna’s place. Very central and new location. Could still use a touch more amenities but overall a great stay. Will come back

Lovely spacious apartment right in the centre of town. Everything catered for, comfy bed. We had a great stay.

We were in the area for 3 days researching our Southern Italian family roots. From the location close to the tiny towns in the mountains to the sea, it was perfectly situated between both. There was coffee and goodies for a light breakfast - and a nice balcony porch to enjoy the morning and evenings. We definitely will stay here on any future visits.

We had an amazing stay at Gianpaolo’s apartment in Pòala! The space is absolutely huge, with modern, high-end renovations that blend style, comfort, and luxury perfectly. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and it truly felt like a five-star experience. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Pòala, with everything just a short walk away. The town itself is full of charm, and we loved discovering local restaurants serving incredible homecooked meals — the kind of food that makes you feel like you're part of the family. Gianpaolo was a wonderful host — responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. If you're looking for a spacious, beautifully renovated place in a charming Sicilian town with amazing food and a welcoming atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place to rest and replenish strength. Hosts who have made us feel at home. The breakfast is spectacular and it's worth trying all the homemade pastries and jams. Rich coffees and freshly picked oranges from the tree. Definitely one of those places to recommend.

the accommodation war incredible , we felt like at home. there is everything what u would need: terrace with an incredible view, kitchen, coffee, washing machine , convenient place to park. the host is very very friendly!

Beautiful villa, directly on the sea. Apartment equipped with everything you need. Well-distributed spaces, each room has its own private bathroom. Top terrace. Thoughtful and clean environments. Hosts are always here to help. 5 stars, but if I could, I'd give more. Absolutely positive review!
