We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Polanco, Mexico City. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from beautiful Lincoln Park and within easy walking distance to several excellent restaurants and cafés. The neighborhood is vibrant yet peaceful, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of four. It was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with air conditioners in each room, which was a big plus. The building also has a 24/7 security guard, adding to our peace of mind. Overall, this was a wonderful home base for exploring the city, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent place, very spacious, very well decorated, practical and quiet to spend a vacation or a work period. The location is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to restaurants, shops and walking spots, a metro station. Liliana was attentive to our arrival and in close communication when we require it. We will definitely be staying again in this departamento if it is available on our next visit to Mexico City.

I had a great stay at Ricardo's place in Polanco! Its location on Avenida Presidente Masaryk meant that it was extremely walkable and close to all of the main restaurants, parks, and shopping in Polanco. The daily housekeeping was a welcome surprise, and the rooftop patio and gym were great additions to the stay. Ricardo was also extremely accommodating when there was some construction noise in my original apartment and was able to move me to a quieter unit the same day.

Its location is very good, as it has nearby convenience stores, a park, a market, etc. The area is very quiet, the house is very cozy and has all the amenities. Everything was very clean and tidy. The host is very friendly and respectful. In general, a very good place to rest

The house had all the amenities and amenities advertised, for a work trip like mine was the perfect place as it is well located and easily accessible to get around.

The house is very spacious and generally very bright, the 4 bedrooms are a very good size and with accessible bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location of the house is excellent, very central and close to squares, restaurants and other businesses. Despite being on a busy avenue, you can't hear much noise from the street. An excellent option to stay in the Polanco area.

Nice house, spacious. Comfortable. To use the parking lot, you have to arrange with the house above or leave the car in front of the house.

Erika was clear with the instructions, she was aware of any situation, and the apartment has the utensils and appliances. You don't hear noises from other neighbors, you can sleep peacefully, and you have the shopping plaza and more stores to shop.

Luis Arturo's home was beautiful and clean! it looked exactly like the pictures. It was well secured and I felt safe with the extra security measures taken. His wife Ana was very responsive and made the check in and check out very easy. The neighborhood is very peaceful and walkable to local restaurants and convenience stores. I would highly recommend their home to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Mexico City.

We had such a lovely experience staying at this Airbnb in Polanco! I visited with my parents, and the apartment was perfect for the three of us—clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The space felt cozy and safe, with all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Owner was responsive and detailed. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s in a perfect location with the mall downstairs for anything you need. The view is great and was extra cool with the lightning!

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

Great location and lots to do in area definitely recommended

Everything is great, except the ceiling ventilation, which does not cool. You also have to pay almost 50 dollars for a late check-out, which is a problem if the return flight, especially to a different country (in my case to Chile) does not coincide with the 11 am schedule.
