The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.
