Beachfront holiday rentals in San Miguel de Cozumel

The location was wonderful, the rooftop pool was private with great views and great service. The front desk service was helpful and kind.

A good place to be, everything tidy and clean. It's an excellent place to be comfortable. Something that I think is important to consider for those who rent a car, there's parking inside the premises. However, there are few, so you may have to wait for a space to become available (it happened to me). Anyway, there's parking on the street with parking meters ($10 per hour) and it's from 10 am - 10 pm

Juan, his team, and his place are maravillosos (wonderful)! My friends and I rented Villa Yambú for a bachelor party weekend. The house is beautiful and situated in a perfect location within Playacar Fase (Phase) 1. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily check-ins from the maintenance tech, Francisco, as well as by the daily cleaning service. We were wowed by the attention to detail: the housekeeping team realized we were missing certain bartending equipment to maximize our stay and, unprompted, provided it to us. So hospitable! I also highly recommend Chef Kim, whom Juan refers and lists in his house amenities guide. Chef made an amazing seafood paella for us and was a welcome addition to a fabulous final evening in PdC. The only hiccup we experienced was in finding the villa after entering the neighborhood. I recommend asking security for specific instructions, as the street addresses can be confusing. Thanks Juan! If you’re considering Villa Yambú, don’t miss out!

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

This condo and it's host Kelley deserve way more than a five star rating ! Beautiful accomodations and views. The six of us ( all retirees ) stayed the month of February 2025. Amazing restaurants and such friendly and helpful locals. The views from the condo are amazing, seeing cruise ships come in and leave Cozumel daily. We saw dolphins , stingrays and fish in the sea right from the pool. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right ar home. We would highly recommend Nah Ha condominiums unit 101. Bill Strauch , one of 3 handsome guys traveling with the 3 wicked sisters !

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Great Place and unbeatable location. About 1 block from the beach and 1 block from the famous 5th avenue where you will fine all restaurants , stores and nightlife. Place has everything you need and it makes you feel like home. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to relax in playa

We loved our time at the Plantation House! The hosts were great communicators and were able to help with our requests. The apartment was beautiful, from the handcrafted wooden furniture to the outside terrace. They have perfected the details too, from plenty of fans (ac too) beach toys to borrow, to Tupperware for packing a picnic beach lunch— it made for an easy trip. Finally the property is beautiful. The courtyard is so peaceful and the pool was a treat. We would certainly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything went off without a hitch , and when we had some minor questions (like how to use the induction stove) Kathleen was very helpful and responsive. We will be coming back!

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Cozumel if you want a quiet spot with great views. It's not walkable to downtown so not great if you want to be right next to everything. But we rented a car and scooters and we preferred to drive into town everyday. The condo is very peaceful, in a safe and beautiful location, and the unit is very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to explore. The neighborhood felt safe and was incredibly beautiful, with plenty of charm and vibrant local culture. The home itself was spotless and very well-maintained. You can tell the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests feel comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. From check-in to check-out, the host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind—truly one of the best we’ve encountered. This place really made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. We'd definitely stay here again!

Oceana Residences was in a perfect location and central to all restaurants, bars, and entertainment on 5th Avenue. Coco was very responsive and provided numerous recommendations for eating and entertainment for our family. I also provided recommendations on additional items that would be nice for our stay, and she was responsive to this. Although it was very hot and humid, it was perfect due to lower crowds- we often had the pool to ourselves or only a few other people around. I will say that the beach (Mamitas beach) was not very usable due to the high levels of sargassum. It truly is a problem this time of year, and although the locals are doing everything possible to remove it, it is almost impossible to keep up with. We ended up not staying at or walking the beaches at all, which was a disappointment. Other than the beaches, the trip was wonderful and we had a relaxing vacation!

We stayed for 8 days and it was such a great experience! The pool and view is absolutely breathtaking. It’s so close to 5th ave you can see it from the balcony, but also very quiet and safe. So close to all the restaurants and shops and right by the beach. Only a 7/8 minute walk to all the clubs. Highly recommend!

Great place, close to the beach and the heart of PDC

We had a fantastic stay at Gomez’s place! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. We especially loved the tennis courts and the beautiful views — it truly felt like a vacation. There were fans throughout the space, and you could open the windows to let the lovely breeze in. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was ideal — close enough to walk to everything, but tucked away from the main drag so it was peaceful at night. The pool was empty most of the time so we practically had it to ourselves, and the security team was always around, friendly, and made the area feel very safe. Having a designated parking spot right out front was a huge plus, especially when we rented a car for day trips. Would absolutely stay here again!

Highly recommend!!! The property is extremely secure with a very friendly staff that was super helpful. The condo is steps to the sand and pools, both of which are very relaxing without high traffic of people. All of Mark's information was extremely useful, and he made himself available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning!

Very clean and well maintained quiet flat that was close to the main attractions, restaurants, and the beach. Parking was available which helped. Leopoldo was Friendly and proactive in making sure I had a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool was a welcome plus.

We had a great stay here! My husband and I booked here for a pretty last minute trip and it all worked out great. We LOVED the rooftop pool. Spent everyday there. I enjoyed a massage at the spa and it was lovely, also a good price. We enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants. The beach was pretty seaweed heavy, but it was so close to the apartment. Really just a block down and you are on the sand. The WiFi was a little spotty, but that was true of most places in the area we visited. The hot water was hard to get consistent but with the humidity I honestly preferred a cold shower! The hosts are great. It’s got everything you need for a getaway ☺️🏝️

The apartment is very well located, clean, huge, to our liking, it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The service of the Resort staff is 10. Comfortable parking, safe place, they provide towels for the beach and pool, until 6:00 pm. We had a really good time.
