Beachfront holiday rentals in San Miguel de Cozumel

Please note, this review is for a different apartment. Fabio and his wife were super accommodating and great hosts! We were a little challenged with the steep stairs to the bed loft and thankfully Fabio had a different apartment we could switch to. The location was perfect , far enough away to be peaceful , close to the beach. It was a nice walk to the restaurants and busier part of town. Hope to stay again and highly recommend!

The location was wonderful, the rooftop pool was private with great views and great service. The front desk service was helpful and kind.

Juan, his team, and his place are maravillosos (wonderful)! My friends and I rented Villa Yambú for a bachelor party weekend. The house is beautiful and situated in a perfect location within Playacar Fase (Phase) 1. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily check-ins from the maintenance tech, Francisco, as well as by the daily cleaning service. We were wowed by the attention to detail: the housekeeping team realized we were missing certain bartending equipment to maximize our stay and, unprompted, provided it to us. So hospitable! I also highly recommend Chef Kim, whom Juan refers and lists in his house amenities guide. Chef made an amazing seafood paella for us and was a welcome addition to a fabulous final evening in PdC. The only hiccup we experienced was in finding the villa after entering the neighborhood. I recommend asking security for specific instructions, as the street addresses can be confusing. Thanks Juan! If you’re considering Villa Yambú, don’t miss out!

This condo and it's host Kelley deserve way more than a five star rating ! Beautiful accomodations and views. The six of us ( all retirees ) stayed the month of February 2025. Amazing restaurants and such friendly and helpful locals. The views from the condo are amazing, seeing cruise ships come in and leave Cozumel daily. We saw dolphins , stingrays and fish in the sea right from the pool. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right ar home. We would highly recommend Nah Ha condominiums unit 101. Bill Strauch , one of 3 handsome guys traveling with the 3 wicked sisters !

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Great Place and unbeatable location. About 1 block from the beach and 1 block from the famous 5th avenue where you will fine all restaurants , stores and nightlife. Place has everything you need and it makes you feel like home. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to relax in playa

We had a wonderful stay. Everything went off without a hitch , and when we had some minor questions (like how to use the induction stove) Kathleen was very helpful and responsive. We will be coming back!

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Cozumel if you want a quiet spot with great views. It's not walkable to downtown so not great if you want to be right next to everything. But we rented a car and scooters and we preferred to drive into town everyday. The condo is very peaceful, in a safe and beautiful location, and the unit is very comfortable.

The people in the neighborhood near Calle 38 Ave were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return

Oceana Residences was in a perfect location and central to all restaurants, bars, and entertainment on 5th Avenue. Coco was very responsive and provided numerous recommendations for eating and entertainment for our family. I also provided recommendations on additional items that would be nice for our stay, and she was responsive to this. Although it was very hot and humid, it was perfect due to lower crowds- we often had the pool to ourselves or only a few other people around. I will say that the beach (Mamitas beach) was not very usable due to the high levels of sargassum. It truly is a problem this time of year, and although the locals are doing everything possible to remove it, it is almost impossible to keep up with. We ended up not staying at or walking the beaches at all, which was a disappointment. Other than the beaches, the trip was wonderful and we had a relaxing vacation!

Très beau logement. Bonne emplacement. Très proche de la 5ieme avenue donc beaucoup de restaurants, bar, musique. Il y a un ascenseur pour se déplacer dans l'immeuble. Très belle terasse sur le toit mais attention... et il n'y a pas d'escalier pour aller ou sortir de la piscine donc pas accommoder pour personne à mobilité réduite. Autrement j'ai beaucoup aimé le condo, l'emplacement. Je le recommande !!!

Jai eu la chance de sejournee chez xavier et que dire de plus de WOWW proche de la mer a 2 pas de la 5e la piscine sur le toit vraiment beau et le logement extrordinaire je retournerai sans hesiter .

We had a fantastic stay at Gomez’s place! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. We especially loved the tennis courts and the beautiful views — it truly felt like a vacation. There were fans throughout the space, and you could open the windows to let the lovely breeze in. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was ideal — close enough to walk to everything, but tucked away from the main drag so it was peaceful at night. The pool was empty most of the time so we practically had it to ourselves, and the security team was always around, friendly, and made the area feel very safe. Having a designated parking spot right out front was a huge plus, especially when we rented a car for day trips. Would absolutely stay here again!

Highly recommend!!! The property is extremely secure with a very friendly staff that was super helpful. The condo is steps to the sand and pools, both of which are very relaxing without high traffic of people. All of Mark's information was extremely useful, and he made himself available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning!

We had a great stay here! My husband and I booked here for a pretty last minute trip and it all worked out great. We LOVED the rooftop pool. Spent everyday there. I enjoyed a massage at the spa and it was lovely, also a good price. We enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants. The beach was pretty seaweed heavy, but it was so close to the apartment. Really just a block down and you are on the sand. The WiFi was a little spotty, but that was true of most places in the area we visited. The hot water was hard to get consistent but with the humidity I honestly preferred a cold shower! The hosts are great. It’s got everything you need for a getaway ☺️🏝️

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, limpio, es enorme, de todo nuestro gusto, cuenta con todo lo necesario para que la estadía sea cómoda y grata. La atención del personal del Resort, es de 10. estacionamiento cómodo, lugar seguro, facilitan toallas para la playa y piscina, hasta las 18:00 horas. Estuvimos realmente bien.

This home away from home was perfection in every way - responsive host, excellent location, beautiful interior, comfortable bed and clean. The balcony overlooks the bustling street full of fabulous restaurants and shops, yet it’s still quiet when you are inside. Great for morning coffee people and watching! The beach is an enjoyable 5 minute walk down the street, where you will pass all the shops and restaurants. The rooftop pools are relaxing, with many cabanas to choose from, and stunning views of the Caribbean ocean. We will 100% stay here again when visiting Playa Del Carmen, and we will be sharing this gem with all our friends and family.
