The house has 5 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and heating. The living room hosts a magnificent chimney. One of the bedrooms has a crib, and the main bedroom has a walk-in closet and hot tub. WiFi and SmartTV are available. There is a comfy hammock in the back terrace, and you'll find a BBQ in the Palapa area. We have a trampoline and a fire pit, too. The house is equipped with parking space and electronic gate. The house is surrounded by gardens, perfect to get some rest.

A large garden area and a comfortable palapa to enjoy and rest. With a barbecue and enjoy spending time together. It has internet and a TV with 80 channels and streaming services. Two full bathrooms with amenities, shampoo, soap; half bathroom outside. 4 single beds, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed The living room has a nice fireplace with firewood included to enjoy an unforgettable moment, and an outdoor fire pit. Cozy family cabin with the best view of the mountains, just 1 hour from MTY and 10 minutes from Arteaga. The photos say it all. Quinta los Encinos, located in Santiago N.L. (Magical Village), 200 meters from the national highway, very close to tourist places such as the Boca Dam, go karts, Cola de Caballo, Villa de Santiago, Matacanes, etc. Ideal for resting or for accommodation. The place has a house with 2 bedrooms available, an area for social events, a palapa, a barbecue, lounge chairs, an amenities area, and a swimming pool, ideal for small group gatherings!

You'll love my place because of its large spaces and comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the grill area is the ideal size to share with family and/or friends. The size of the main palm roof allows fresh air to flow, and you can spend long hours there by the pool. There are many areas of interest near my place, such as the Plaza de Santiago, the Boca dam, the Cola de Caballo, and I am 500 meters from Las Nubes.
