House holiday rentals in San Polo, Venice

The house is beautiful , very tastefully decorated. It offers the promised place with a good layout. Now in November, heating was important. The wifi is good, there is enough space to work as well. The landlords responded quickly and competently to request. The house is surrounded by a great , large garden with large , covered terrace. We were very satisfied. It couldn't be better.

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. Thank you Gilberto and your lovely wife for making our trip so memorable

Perfect home to stay

Very quiet location, apartment is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very good connection to Venice with a car. The host provided us with very useful information. Faina is a very kind and caring person.

We had a lovely stay, the house is very peaceful, pleasant to live in and well equipped. The pool area is great! Maria welcomed us and was always available and responsive.

The four of us had a wonderful time at the accommodation. This was really very clean, beautifully decorated... we felt right at home... as if we had always been there. Inquiries were answered immediately... The facility is small but nice 😊 we were there for the second time and always like to come back. We also like the proximity to the shops and restaurants, which are within walking distance. We are really more than happy to recommend the accommodation.

The house is beautiful. Good location for catching the train to Venice, Treviso, Padua and Verona. The bakery is a 2 minute walk and the supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Tanya and Igor were very helpful and we loved sitting outside on the verandah. Thank you very much Christine

The house is modern, furnished to a high standard and ideally located for excursions in the region – e.g. to Venice or Treviso. We especially liked the pool and the beautiful surroundings. Luisa's tips were also great and helped us a lot. We were there with two ten-year-old children. For families in a similar constellation, it is good to know that the extra bed is in the living room, where the air conditioning/ventilation is audible at night. The nearby park is also home to chickens, including a rooster and a peacock, and provides natural sounds in the morning - that's just part of it. The many advantages clearly outweighed the disadvantages for us - we would come back at any time!

A lovely little flat close enough to the tourist attractions to pop home for lunch, but far enough away to be quiet. Massimo was very helpful throughout our stay.

This was a fantastic property! The area is very clean and walkable to great food, wine and water bus stations. The apartment was very clean, Valentina was great!!!! An AirBnB we had previously booked cancelled on us the day before our trip the Venice. Valentina’s place was available and she quickly helped me secure a beautiful, safe place for my family while in Venice. Thank you so much Valentina. I highly recommend this booking!

Chiara always responded quickly and I was sure that everything will work out before the trip. She welcomed us warmly and the location was nice and close to the vaporetto station. At night it was nice and quiet, also it was clean. There was a bialetti, good coffee, toaster, everything is fine.

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

If you are even thinking about Lorenzo’s place, do not hesitate! His home is so beautiful and quaint. He has everything you need. He made us feel at home and was very helpful with ideas of places to eat, grocery stores and places to see. There were three of us ladies traveling from the US and he made us feel safe and secure. He responds very quickly to messages and we had no issues at all with his place. His home is very neat and clean. We felt safe walking throughout the neighborhood. If my travels ever take me back to Venice, I will definitely stay at Lorenzo’s place! The tram and bus stops are within walking distance from his home. The airport is about 15 minutes drive away and Venice Mestre, the train station is about a 10 minutes drive away. You will not regret staying at Lorenzo’s place. I would rate him higher is they had more than 5 stars!! He is definitely a “Super” super host!!

Had a wonderful week in Alessandra's apartment. Roof terrace was great. Beautifully maintained apartment, clean and equipped with all comforts, even a bathrobe! Location of the apartment is close to the boat connection Palanca. From there, you can easily reach Venice and the locations of the Biennale.

Lovely stay, the area was amazing - not touristy with local bars and restaurants close by. The place had everything we needed and any questions we had, Nicole was quick to reply with a helpful response!

We have an excellent stay in this property it is in a quiet neighborhood but with very quick access to local restaurants and attractions (including the Peggy Guggenheim) and easy access to the water bus. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Venezia.

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

My family and I spent 6 nights with Marco and Elena. The apartment was very nice and had everything you need. The mosquito nets and the air conditioning in the rooms were particularly practical. The location is quiet and about 30 minutes' walk from the center. You can easily get to Venice by bus. We enjoyed it and would come back. Thank you for the gift and the smooth communication👍🏼🤩

For Giovanna’s there are plenty of Pros that we loved (1) location was great - it is out of the tourist areas tucked away in a local neighborhood where many Venetians still live but you can still walk to those areas 10-15 minutes. (2) there are MANY excellent restaurants within a short walk. (3) Giovanna is a great host and was excellent to communicate with (directions, which bus to use when, and any issues) since we did have an issue that seems to arise about every 6-8 months which had to deal with the shower draining properly. (4) only about 5-7 minute walk from Water Bus stop. Unfortunately we were there over a weekend so the issue wasn’t that easy to get professional help immediately; however, thankfully we were able to use the shower, just had to be more cautious with the water flow.

Absolutely loved this stay. Perfectly walkable to all locations but in a nice and quiet spot, the rooftop terrace was so nice to relax in the peaceful area. House had all amenities you could need and spotless clean. Host super helpful and friendly and responsive. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicolo’s place! It was very clean, wonderful air conditioning in the heat, and in the most peaceful neighborhood away from all of the tourist chaos. We found many wonderful food, coffee, and wine places just a walk away, as well as a local supermarket. Nicolo was a great host providing very clear instructions and allowing us to check in earlier. Apartment was easy to get to. We took a train to Venezia S. Lucia station and a ferry (bus). A short walk later, we arrived at the apartment. There were clear instructions from Simone and it was easy to check-in. The apartment was spotless and clean which made our stay wonderful.

Very beautiful designer apartment, everything is obviously done with taste. Bed linen and towels were very clean. Pillows were comfortable for us. Terrace was very beautiful with flowers. Water pressure in the shower was strong, we liked everything! Thank you.

Great apartment in terrific location on s private little square. It’s minutes away from the big square with good restaurants, bakery for breakfast, close to the vaporetto. We were there in winter so the apartment was a bit cold, but it would be fantastic in warmer weather with a beautiful outside garden. Good hot water, comfortable bed, lots of space. I have to give a shout out to Alberto and Luisella for going out of their way to direct us to the apartment in the dark as we arrived much later than expected. Luisella actually came out with her dog to find us wandering the streets! Terrific genial hosts! Thank you both for your hospitality!
