Lynn’s property & place is beyond beautiful & such a peaceful setting. A perfect place for a couple to relax & reconnect. Lynn was very welcoming….we even had a bottle of local wine waiting for us on arrival. Such a nice touch! The view & grounds are lovely. We enjoyed most going out exploring & returning here for a quiet evening looking out the windows to this quiet & breathtaking pastoral setting.

Quirky, spacious apartment with plenty of amenities for the traveler. Really lovely peaceful setting. Rick is very responsive and helpful. Pay attention to his advice about the traffic patterns by the freeway. (P.S. If anyone in your group has allergies be aware that there’s a pretty bold outdoor cat hanging around!)

We loved our stay at Jan’s place in Berkeley. The space was great for our trip. We absolutely loved the deck and hot-tub. We spent most evenings sitting out there for hours! You also can’t beat the views of the bay! Overall, such a wonderful stay, we would for sure go back and recommend to all our friends and family.

I had a wonderful stay at Jess’s place! She was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the entire process, which made everything so smooth and easy. The home itself is beautifully decorated—charming, cozy, and with a lot of thoughtful touches. It’s in a central location, close to public transport and surrounded by great food spots, which made exploring the area super convenient. All the amenities were in great condition, and I was pleasantly surprised to even find lint rollers available—such a small but thoughtful detail that really stood out. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Over the past few years I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but Renzo’s place truly stands out. It’s a perfect, top-tier experience from start to finish. The stylish interiors, modern appliances, and thoughtful design reflect a beautifully renovated space. What really impressed me, though, was Renzo’s hospitality: the little touches and personalized care made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s clear that this Airbnb is crafted for each guest, not just a standard stay. If you’re looking for a curated Airbnb experience (not just a place to sleep), this is absolutely the one to book.

This was our third time staying here. It is a clean and comfortable space with attractive furnishings and everything we needed for a two-week stay. We will return again next time we return to CA to visit family.

Great location. Easy walk to Whole Foods, Safeway and several restaurants and coffee shops. Close to Muir Woods, and Tamalpais State Park and easy drive to San Francisco. Multiple hikes are close by. The place is clean and comfortable. I would recommend Dawn’s place for a couple or individual, it would be tight for any more.

This is an absolute gem of a place nestled in the redwoods. So close to everything yet so far away from the typical city noises and commotion. House has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the hosts are extremely helpful and communicative. 15 min walk to downtown with amazing restaurants and shops. Close to Sausalito, Tiburon and SF. A tourist dream stay here with the Bay Area at your fingertips, or a wonderful staycation for locals. Look no further and worry not about your reservation or hosts. Parking can be a bit challenging with steep hills and narrow streets, but so worth negotiating this one small piece for the peace you will feel under a canopy of redwoods. Lots of space, clean, cozy fireplace, easy entry and has all you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals if desired. Hosts were wonderful and highly recommend a stay here! Thank you!!

We stay in airbnbs for work travel almost monthly. This is by far the most special house. The beds are so comfortable! That is a rarity. It's a fun house with tons of games and a great yard. I can't say enough about how great this house is. You can tell from the start how much the host puts into making sure his guests have a great time.

Excellent host, simple and clean property. Beautiful decor. Open floor plan and an updated kitchen with Bosch Stove, Smeg Fridge and Breville coffee maker. Outdoor Sauna was a great way to start the day. Very peaceful. Bed was very comfortable with simple and soft white linens. Bathroom was very clean and nicely designed. Space felt new and fresh. The property was very thought out and family friendly with perfect amenities.

What a beautiful home. The location is everything! We had the best anniversary getaway and hope to return. Listening to the ocean was so relaxing. The home was better than described and exceeded our expectations. The hot tub overlooking the ocean was amazing! Everything was clean and the home was welcoming. We had a great stay at Caroline's Cottage while visiting our daughter that lives in the neighborhood. The Cottage is just like the pictures , very nicely decorated and not much clutter . Very comfortable beds with good linens , plenty of towels too . The kitchen is fully equipped to have meals at home if you so wish to do so. The house feels very peaceful and is very quiet , we loved that ! Caroline was a very friendly , responsive and helpful host . We did not encounter a single problem the whole time we stay there. We will definitely be back . Thank you , Caroline for hosting us.

Jessie’s place was incredible - clean, cozy, comfortable and completely walkable to the beautiful town. We stayed with our 3 month old and had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and beds were super comfortable. Despite having neighbors close by and upstairs guests, we found it to be extremely quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Kyoko’s place. It was pristine and clean. It is a beautiful and peaceful home that is a perfect location for a great price. You’re close to the ferry terminal to go to the city, and only a 30 minute drive to Sonoma and other nearby places. Highly recommend staying here if you are considering it. We would absolutely return.

Erin and the unit were both great. Very clean and the unit was formerly two units that were combined into one large unit. The location is onmy 10 minutes from downtown Napa and near most Napa activities. The only drawback was not knowing it was a second floor unit. Although the stairs were not steep, having to carry luggage for an older guy like myself could be a problem. The only thing I would change is giving guest some kind of access to play golf and tennis while staying there.

I highly recommend staying at Gillian’s place in Mill Valley. My friends and I truly enjoyed our girls weekend there. The place is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and very clean. Gillian provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay again in the future. We really loved the location!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Eileen and Simon were fantastic hosts. They were always responsive and gave great recommendations for eateries. We also forgot to pack face wash, and he was very responsive and accommodating in letting us use a bottle of his. 10/10 would recommend

Great stay at Villa Murialdo! The house was perfect for our needs and conveniently located. We didn’t realize what a great location this house was until we were there. It was a very easy walk to town, or along the river. The information and recommendations that we got from Scott and Rebecca were great resources. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we were in the area again.

Really wonderful experience all around. Our hosts were so kind, proactive, and gracious; and the apartment was perfectly clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We had absolutely zero issues with noise or privacy, and were always able to find street parking relatively nearby. We also really appreciated the host's recommendations about restaurants and local things to do. We were traveling with our 8 month old, and the hosts were able to provide us with a travel crib and high chair. Would absolutely stay again!

Ehson's place was a little haven during our stay in San Francisco, located in a wonderful neighborhood. As with any old building, you might hear the upstairs neighbors sometimes, but it's all absolutely worth it for the view and the cozy atmosphere. The sunset from the rooftop terrace is addictive. It’s a great spot: you can walk everywhere, and the cable car is right there. There’s also a great little grocery store on the corner, and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
