Wir haben die Unterkunft von Manfredi für einen Urlaub mit 8 Leuten gemietet. Der Check-In hat durch die Mithilfe von Manfredi sehr gut funktioniert. Wir waren sofort von dem Haus und der Lage fasziniert. Es ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Marsciano. Dort befinden sich alle Geschäfte, die man so braucht. Das ganze Grundstück ist gut gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Innenausstattung ist sauber und typisch für die Gegend. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive einer großen Kühltruhe. Zuletzt möchte ich noch die herausragende Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Manfredi hervorheben. Jede Frage wurde von Manfredi schnell und ausführlich beantwortet. Für jeden, der einen ruhigen Urlaub in der Umbria verbringen möchte, ist das Haus von Manfredi perfekt.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Para valorar esta propiedad, hay que empezar por el ANFITRIÓN, un profesional en toda regla. Desde el minuto 0 de la reserva, hasta la salida; siempre atento, muy amable y muy profesional. Es un placer conocer gente seria y esto la da un valor a la aplicación. La beach house, es un paraíso en Italia. Fácil acceso, cuidado al detalle, paz, naturaleza, comodidad. Nuestro viaje era en familia con nuestros dos caniches y creo que fueron los que más disfrutaron de la propiedad, verlos correr y saltar por las zonas verdes de la propiedad y convivir con muchas aves, conejos no tiene precio. Nuestra hija disfrutó su estancia estudiando y con la paz y tranquilidad del lugar, no le costó nada concentrarse. Nosotros en cambio, hicimos turismo por la zona, todo muy cerca y bien comunicado por carretera. Es una propiedad muy cuidada, segura y sobretodo disfrutar de sus puesta de sol, sentado en una tumbona, disfrutando de un buen vino (de la zona) es una experiencia irrepetible. Gracias Maurizio.

Die Unterkunft war eine 10/10! Wir haben uns unfassbar wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation war super und sehr freundlich. Wir würden es zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir konnten sehr entspannen, es war sehr sauber und die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet. Danke für alles!

Wir durften sehr kurzfristig einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Klaus genießen. Die Bilder kommen nicht annähernd daran, wie toll dieser Ort eigentlich ist. Klaus war ein super Gastgeber, immer schnell erreichbar, gab uns reichliche Tipps für die Umgebung und erzählte uns ein wenig über die Geschichte des Torre di Pornello. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

To say Elisa’s place is “perfect” almost feels like saying nothing at all. After more than a decade of staying in different Airbnb homes, this was truly one of the most incredible experiences I’ve had. But before talking about the house, I want to say a few words about Elisa. She is the most amazing host and person I’ve ever met—a generous, patient, and caring person, always ready to help and make the stay unforgettable. We had a smooth, private check-in with a clear introduction to the house. Elisa provided us with fantastic local recommendations, booked us a wine tasting at a nearby winery, and made dinner reservations for us in a lovely village just 4 minutes away. Truly, an incredible woman. Thank you, Elisa. As for the house itself—it’s perfect. So comfortable, warm, and cozy. Peaceful and calming. The yard is stunning, overlooking a beautiful Tuscan landscape with an olive grove just outside the window. The location is ideal—only 1.5 to 2 hours from just about every major poin

This villa is absolutely gorgeous, better than the pictures. It was a dream come true for me and my family. There were 9 of us and we were so perfectly accommodated. First the design and decor are superior! Such attention to detail!! The bedrooms and in suite bathrooms are large/beautiful! The kitchen is perfectly equipped! The pool, patio, outdoor furnishings and the grounds are amazing! Even a garden to enjoy herbs and vegetables! Every where you look is a treat for the eyes. We absolutely did not want to leave. Giuseppe is a great host and Michele was very helpful when we arrived by greeting us and showing us around and answering our questions! Much thanks for the beautiful welcoming basket of treats, bowl of fruit and plate of cheese and meat!! I sincerely hope to return to Villa Fonte Pergolla next year. Although we did take trips to Rome, Florence and a few other local towns, we adjusted our plans to spend more of our time at the villa than we had planned. Loved it!
