Kun få minutters gange fra byens butikker og restauranter – kort vei også til fjorden og strender. Knatten har ønsket gjester velkommen siden 1823. Her er det lett å føle seg som hjemme og du deler eiendommen med vertskapet. Bo i gjestehuset – en privat suite på 30 m² med bl.a. luksusseng. I hovedhuset er det et stort kjøkken og bad, og nyt hagen og den vakre utsikten.

En terrasse ligger mot syd med grillplass og havutsikt, den andre ligger mot vest med solnedgang og sjø der også. .Hytta ligger godt i terrenget, på toppen av Stigeråsen, men likevel lunt. 3 parkeringsplasser. Man må tåle trapper.
