The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !!
