It is a newly renovated and bright comfort apartment (approx. 45 square meters) with its own bathroom, a kitchenette and modern basic equipment – ideal for a multi-day professional stay or just to relax over the weekend in the countryside.

Our living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV, a satellite connection and a Fire TV Stick. Our kitchen is fully equipped. A Senseo coffee machine, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven are available. The bathroom is freshly renovated and has a cosmetic cabinet and shower room. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds + wardrobe.

Guests can quickly reach appointments and events in Bonn and Cologne. The airports of Cologne/Bonn and Frankfurt can be reached by tram, bus, S-Bahn and ICE in 30 or 60 minutes. Very nice, newly furnished apartment in an optimal location. The transport links are excellent for getting to Cologne, Bonn, Cologne / Bonn Airport or the ICE train station Siegburg. The Autobahn is only 2 minutes away and several buses take you to nearby train stations. The apartment is accessible separately. It has a bedroom and a very spacious living room. Furthermore, the apartment has a brand new kitchen.
