The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Our living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV, a satellite connection and a Fire TV Stick. Our kitchen is fully equipped. A Senseo coffee machine, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven are available. The bathroom is freshly renovated and has a cosmetic cabinet and shower room. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds + wardrobe.

Guests can quickly reach appointments and events in Bonn and Cologne. The airports of Cologne/Bonn and Frankfurt can be reached by tram, bus, S-Bahn and ICE in 30 or 60 minutes. With the bicycles you can go to the nearby Rhine and the northernmost winery in the Siebengebirge Nature Park with fairy-tale castle and Drachenfels. 10-minute walk to bakery, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but in the middle of greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train takes 11 minutes to the main train station. The House of History is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open "shed" has its own entrance.

Here is a pure residential area without industrial buildings.
