The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Villa in the countryside on the Geolehrweg summer freshness like around 1900 with today's comfort If you are looking for peace and quiet and love nature, you are very welcome. The geo center opposite is the starting point for visiting the Nothklamm, the Geolehrweg and the Kraushöhle. Swimming pool, equestrian center, geolehrweg and show cave within walking distance Eisenerz, Johnsbach, Admont, Wildalpen, Hochkar, Lunz am See can be reached in a maximum of 1 hour.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

An additional terrace invites you to relax. we are close to: main station 700 m, FH OÖ Campus Steyr, restaurant, bars, cinema … Steyr is the 40 Kilometer away from capital City LINZ. Every half an hour there is a train leaving to Linz.

Our rooms are located in the middle of the village of Steinakirchen. In the immediate vicinity are shops, banks, inns, pharmacy, hairdresser, ... In the house itself there is a restaurant/pizzeria. There is plenty of private parking next to the "Green Tree" or on the opposite side of the street. The savings market nearby has a small bistro where you can have breakfast.
