Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom, shower, sink, and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

The apartment is in the center of Tarvisio; its strategic position allows you to have shops and restaurants close at hand. It is also a perfect starting point for those wishing to explore the natural wonders of Tarvisio and its surroundings, or for those wishing to go on an excursion to Austria or Slovenia. The accommodation, recently renovated and characterized by a modern design, is composed of a double bedroom, living room with sofa, kitchen and a complete bathroom.

The apartment is located in Tarvisio Città (center), a beautiful and quiet location with a shared garden and parking. The ski slopes are a five-minute walk away, close to the bike path, the bus station is a five-minute walk away and the train station (2 km).

The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

You will live at an altitude of about 800m above sea level in the almost untouched nature of the lower Gailtal, in the immediate vicinity of countless Carinthian lakes, surrounded by the spectacular backdrop of the Gailtal and Carnic Alps.

Haus Im Hochtal - Ground floor

Our house has 3 pet-free flats. All flats are equipped with TV, WiFi and Nespresso coffee machine. Baby cot and high chair for infants are available on request. Guests can prepare their dinner outside on our garden barbecue, and enjoy it on the covered terrace. In the meantime, children can play in our garden shed. Guests can park their car in the car park 10 m from the house.

Clay Cottage with Lake View

The brand new cottage is located in a peaceful area, 10 min walk from the lake Bled (swimming area). It has been made with natural materials such as wood and clay which makes it a comfortable and a healthy stay. There are free scotters available for you to use. Parking is free in front of the house.
