For hiking, the property is located right at the foot of the Karawanks: with the Petzen, the Hochobir, the Steiner Alps, the Koschuta massif. There is also a rich selection of via ferratas. Cyclists and mountain bikers will not be disappointed with the flow trail on the Petzen and the Drauradweg. In winter you can go skiing, snowshoeing and ski touring.

In the touristic season, you will be able to enjoy this amazing bright space, perfect for funky couples or friends. We renovated it ourselves and most of the wooden things are handmade. Our lovingly furnished alpine hut in Carinthia offers the perfect accommodation for couples who long for a relaxing break in nature. The 300-year-old alpine house is completely renovated and offers every comfort. Barbecue area, modern, well-equipped kitchen, various places to relax (swing, daybed in the garden), private source and Wi-Fi (optional).

Spacious modern apartment in Zgornje Gorje

Spacious top floor (loft) of a completely renovated house in Zgornje Gorje in the village center with a view of surrounding hills and mountains, close to Lake Bled, Vintgar Gorge and Pokljuka. The place accommodates 4 adults in 2 bedrooms. With an advance notice, we can organize an additional mattress for a child or a crib for an infant. We used to host the whole house for 10 guests but we renovated it, and now we offer two separate apartments.

Villa Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

Graden apartment

The apartment is on the ground floor of the house. It has an independent entrance and a private garden, however not enclosed, where you can relax or eat. The apartment is very bright and recently renovated. From the living room you have door windows from where you can enjoy the view of the mountain Peca or simply step out on to the garden. TOURIST TAXES TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT. €1,60 PER PERSON PER DAY
