Wir vermieten eine gemütliche 95m2 große Ferienwohnung für bis zu 4 Personen in der Nähe des Klopeinersees. Lassen Sie sich durch die schlichte Eleganz, modernes Design und zeitgemässen Komfort inspirieren. Die Wohnung ist im Obergeschoss unseres Hauses. Unsere Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend von Familienhäusern deshalb ersuchen wir unsere Gäste das die Nächtligen Ruhezeiten eingehalten werden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit Doppelbetten eingerichtet. Bettwäsche ist vorhanden. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer ist mit TV und Bettcouch für 2 Personen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone mit Tisch,Stühlen und Kräuterbeet in der Saison. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind mit Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüller, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln), Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirrtücher und selbstverständlich ausreichend Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfe ausgestattet. Das komfortable Badezimmer verfügt über einen Waschtisch, eine Dusche und eine Badewanne sowie ein separates WC. Handtücher, Fön und Handtuchtrockner sind vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung ist kinderfreundlich (Bett, Besteck, Teller, Hochstuhl, Spieleecke und Spielplatz). Orts und Nächtigunstaxe ist vor Ort zum bezahlen. Wir sind für Sie jederzeit erreichbar. The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

The cottage is located in a peaceful area, 10 min walk from the lake Bled (swimming area). It has been made with natural materials such as wood and clay which makes it a comfortable and a healthy stay. There are free scotters available for you to use. Parking is free in front of the house.
