Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung am Stadtrand von Graz gelegen. Durch eine gute Anbindung ist man schnell in der Stadt, aber wohnt trotzdem komplett im Grünen mit Garten und Naturteich. Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie der Schlossberg oder das Grazer Wahrzeichen der Uhrturm liegen in kurzer Entfernung und sind gut mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Paare, allein reisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).
“Michaela is a very kind and welcoming host. The accomodation was perfectly clean and is situated in a very peaceful area (car recommended). Our kids loved the spacious place and Michaela's beautiful garden with its many flowers (insects), berries and animals: turtoises, (neighbor's) cat and if you're lucky even deer and birds of prey ;)”
The size of the Room is 15 m² and includes a big boxspringbed (180/200). You also can use the TV flatscreen, Radio and a Nintendo Wii. There is also a access to a big, private terrace outside. You are welcome to use all my amenities including kitchen, bathroom and terrace! In the kitchen you have your own fridge and you find there coffee and tea for free. I also prepare some fruit and water in your room, because i want that you have a good time at my home ;-)

You can rent the ground floor of a two-family house with separate entrance and separate parking space. There is a bedroom, kitchen including storage room, living-dining room, bathroom, toilet and hall on the ground floor. In the dining room there is a large tiled stove. The apartment is nicely furnished.
“Gabriele is a great host. She picked us up from the train station and brought us back there. Since we were out in public, she offered us to lead us to a very nice hiking trail. Gabriele is a very positive woman with whom one likes to chat. The place is really beautiful, there is a great swimming pond nearby, many hiking trails, and some cider bars. The house is big, the garden and the pool invite you to relax. We would like to come again.”
