Das Zimmer ist mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet um sich eine kleine Jause oder Frühstück zu zubereiten.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Unser Haus liegt im Zentrum von Hochfilzen. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt um im Sommer Wander-, Fahrrad- oder Mountainbike-Touren zu unternehmen. Im Winter liegt das Skigebiet Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm für Alpin-Ski nur 5 Minuten per Auto entfernt. Langlaufloipen sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestelle, Bahnhof ist in unmittellbarer Nähe. Kurtaxe Euro 2,80 pro Person pro Nacht extra bei der Ankunft bar zu bezahlen.

It is a completely renovated apartment in Sankt Martin b. Lofer. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed and is fitted with oak floorboards, underfloor heating in the bathroom and a new kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge and cooking hob. There is an LED TV with digital channels as well (NETFLIX) as WIFI-30mb/s within the apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor, is perfect for families.
