About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it. So, if you are looking for nature, relaxing, reading, hiking etc... join us.

The "1A Chalet" with a large wellness area, bathtub with stunning view, terrace and indoor sauna is located at about 1600 hm, right in the holiday village in the ski area on the Koralpe. You can reach the lift, ski school and ski rental on skis or on foot! Directly from the chalet you can go on fantastic hikes or ski tours! It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

That`s right, out of the touristic season, our funky space converts to a photo studio for Tjaša, the host and lifestyle photographer. In the touristic season, you will be able to enjoy this amazing bright space, perfect for funky couples or friends. We renovated it ourselves and most of the wooden things are handmade. Oh yeah, we also have Netflix for cozy evenings for you! :)

Our lovingly furnished alpine hut in Carinthia offers the perfect accommodation for couples who long for a relaxing break in nature. The 300-year-old alpine house is completely renovated and offers every comfort. Barbecue area, modern, well-equipped kitchen, various places to relax (swing, daybed in the garden), private source and Wi-Fi (optional).

Villa Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

Charlie's place

The cottage is located in the countryside in a quiet and private location near Radovljica, away from the hustle and bustle of the town and roads. It is surrounded by forest and with a great view of the Julian Alps and the Bled Castle. It is accessible by a 700-meter cart track. There is a parking space next to the cottage. Radovljica is a 15-minute walk away, and Bled is 4 km away.
