Private lake access and private bathing bay are in the immediate vicinity. The path is located on an apple orchard and flower meadows, the lake is in about 200 meters in walking distance. The modern wooden bungalows are located directly on the Drauradweg, a highlight for cycling enthusiasts.

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.
