Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Ljus och mysig studio med sjöutsikt, bara 15 minuter från Karlstads centrum. Här bor du lugnt vid sjön med naturen runt knuten, strand och brygga för bad. Studion har sovalkov, kök, soffhörna och fräscht badrum. Egen uteplats med grill - perfekt för sommarkvällar. 🌿 Trampbåt och paddleboard finns att låna om du vill ge dig ut på sjön. Busshållplats precis utanför huset. Som granne ligger ett surdegsbageri där du kan förbeställa nybakat bröd och ibland ordnas populära pizzakvällar. 🍕

Du har även egen tillgång till en timmerstuga som ligger alldeles intill med kokplattor, kylskåp och matplats & kaffe. Ett utedass ligger en kort promenad in i skogen. Parkering ligger cirka 150 m från platsen med en backe ner. Endast 15 min från Sunne centrum ligger detta smultronställe.
