For those who want to stay in a completely unique way in their own house in a cultural setting, with horses, cats and access to nature and the lake. You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. You appreciate having access to nice forest paths and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom comes with a shower and vc. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna for an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not that big but nice! Happy if the cabin is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Lakeside, modern and newly renovated accommodation with private balcony and garden. 700m to Vänern (EU's largest lake), 500m to nature reserve Hammars udde that offers beautiful nature, rich bird life, nice hiking trails, burial grounds from the Iron Age and domarring from the Viking Age. You will also find Hammarö Archipelago Museum at the edge of the headland, which offers a unique collection of objects from the old fishing industry and an exhibition about life on the lighthouses in Lake Vänern.

3 bedrooms available in a sunny family home nestled in a small suburb only a 5-minute drive from Karlstad centre. There are buses to town centre readily available. It is also an easy 25-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle along the banks of the river Klarälven. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood close to the river. You will not share the house with other guests but I stay in the basement during your stay. I have a nice outside cat and a friendly dog who also stays with me in the basement.

Welcome to our cozy newly renovated guest house located 15 minutes' drive north of Karlstad city center. Here you live comfortably in the middle of the Swedish idyll with the lake as a neighbor. Access to the beach and jetty if you want to take a swim. Bus stop right outside the house. Sourdough bakery as the closest neighbor. (Note: Pre-order only, no later than 3 days before arrival. Let us know and we'll help!) 15-minute walk to strawberry picking during the summer.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.
