The property is located just outside the city center but is easily reachable by public transportation. In about seven minutes walk you can reach several stops, from which you can easily reach different parts of the city. The direct train connection to and from the airport is particularly convenient – ideal for an uncomplicated arrival and departure. A special plus was that we were already able to enter the apartment in the morning on the day of arrival directly after our arrival – and not as usual from 3 pm. This was really very pleasant after an early arrival and shows how flexible and accommodating the hosts are. Penelope and Gabriel are extremely friendly and helpful. Contact went smoothly, and questions or concerns were always responded to quickly and warmly. You immediately feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. They do everything they can to make the stay the best possible – with success!

This apt. is close to the train station, so easy to get around Barcelona. The back patio faces a nice neighborhood park where people stroll, walk their dogs and parrots fly around freely. The new train station is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment and the employees spoke English and helped get us sorted for easy travel around Barcelona. Travel Tip: We were there for 5 days and recommend getting the Barcelona Card for unlimited train and bus throughout the city. On your first train into the city, buy a one-way (cheap) ticket, then buy/redeem your Barcelona Card when you reach the first major station. They don't sell/redeem them at the local station. This location gets you out of the hustle & bustle of Barcelona, while proving easy access. We will re-book again when coming back to Barcelona.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place matches the photos. We loved how walkable everything was - we enjoyed dinner on the beach every night. The pool was very relaxing too. Laura was super friendly and very responsive to anything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect and relaxing location. The space was just what we needed after a long walk on the Camino. We loved being in a neighborhood, near all of the sights, but away from the busyness of the crowds. Josephina welcomed us so kindly and took the time to acquaint us with the apartment and the neighborhood. The elevator was exactly what I needed after injuring my knee before we arrived. If I am ever in Barcelona again, I would stay here without hesitation.

Wonderful week in Barcelona, less than 10 minute from the metro, easily walkable to poblé-nou, Montjuïc and the national Catalan art museum. Beautiful and comfortable apartment, very well equipped

We had a great four days in Barcelona, in part because of an excellent place to stay. Very well located, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Neighborhood was full of great restaurants and shops, only blocks from Sagrada Familia. Appreciated having lockers for our luggage due to early arrival and later departure, front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.

What can we say. We have stayed at several AIRBNB flats and dealt with many hosts, but nothing like this one. Alba: The host. very friendly. responsive and We felt as if she opened her home for us to stay for several days. she is awesome and we highly recommend dealing with her. Caty: The house keeper, very nice lady and attended on time to help us to operate the washing machine. The flat: very clean, very tidy, everything is there including a welcoming bottle of Wine from Alba. She even offered us something that we can not take. surely will come back. Thank you Alba & Caty. Had a lovely stay at Carlos’ place with 6 of my friends. It was absolutely stunning with gorgeous views of the sea. The kitchen is very well equipped and the master bedroom is amazing. Easy to get a taxi or train into Barcelona and very peaceful surroundings.

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

The host was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The location is excellent, although it can get a little noisy at night.

We used Alberto’s place as a base for attending the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix. It was perfect for our trip, pristinely clean we could not have asked for more. Looks exactly like the photo’s. The coffee pods, milk and water were a thoughtful touch, much appreciated as we arrived late. Well recommended to anyone👍

Had a great ten days enjoying the local area and central Barcelona. The flat was modern and perfect for our needs. The garden area was amazing and the jacuzzi a highlight of the trip. Great local restaurants and bars and we enjoyed Vilanova beach. I’d recommend the place.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Beatriz and Susana's elegant apartment overlooking the iconic Paseo Gracia! It was very conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona. Not only that, but the apartment itself was very clean and organized offering everything we needed. Would love to stay again in the future.

This by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at in an amazing setting.

What a wonderful place to stay in BCN! The place is just as described, very spacious and squeaky clean. And real AC units in each room, which are such a relief in the summer. The markets right downstairs are super convenient for picking up whatever you need, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Bus is right on front, and the metro stop is a 5 minute walk. Beach is right next door. Very easy to get anywhere. Francisco (Paco) is the most delightful host! He met us at the apartment and even had the AC on already so it was cool when we arrived. He showed us everything and even sang us a song. He was always helpful and so enthusiastic about welcoming us! I would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend the place! Great location, walkable distance from city center. Amazing house with terraces and fully equipped kitchen. Very easy to access and could leave luggage before and after checking in and out, which was very helpful. Thank you!
